Purchased at a liquor store in Tochigi.
The first sip had a "Hmm? but the aftertaste is nice and clean with no aftertaste. I have the impression that it is easier to drink at room temperature (hiya).
I drank it with ponzu (ponzu flavored white cod roe) and bonito sashimi, and I liked the aftertaste ☺️.
Next time I will try heating it up.
I bought this sake as a souvenir from Nikko, believing the word of mouth that it was the most popular. I chilled it well and served it with beer and then hot pot.
At first sip, I thought it was fruity, but the more I sipped, the more I could taste the umami and sweetness of the rice, but with a nice crisp finish ✨.
I think this is the kind of sake that will appeal to everyone!

Lingering aftertaste
<Gentle and slowly delicious, with a sense of maturity.
The aroma is very mild and the taste of rice is delicious.
When you put it in your mouth, you will also taste the gentle umami sweetness of the rice. It is a junmai ginjo, but the junmai-like umami is gentle but firm. It also has a gentle sense of maturity.
The flavor does not expand or disappear, but continues to the end. And it remains calm and disappears before you know it. It is not that I am sad about it, but somehow I feel like taking another sip. I feel as if I will continue to sip it forever.
It's as if he's someone you take for granted, but in fact, he's someone very dear to you.

I bought it last year as a souvenir from Utsunomiya. It's been a while since I've had "out of the gate", but my taste buds have changed since the last time I had it, so I'm looking forward to it!
When you open the bottle and pour it, it smells like citrus fruits and lychee.
It is tasteless on the palate, but gradually the richness and mellowness of the rice comes out. The sweetness, spiciness, and astringency of the flavor are all present as soon as the lid is opened!
Although it is a junmai ginjo, it has such a robust flavor that it may be served warm.
The overtone is similar to that of "Shinkame" and gives the impression of a matured sake.
The lingering aftertaste is well rounded as it quickly fades away. Overall, the shades of gray are exquisite, and the taste is quite interesting!
In fact, the first sake I ever drank in my life was "Monkai Fude. I was actually the first person in my life to drink sake, and that drink at Kinugawa Onsen has led me to the present day.
Sake shop I stopped at on my trip to @Tochigi
Purchased at a sake shop (Tsukii Sake Shop) that sells local sake on the trip.
Daiginjo Arabashiri, my first time.
It is fruity, sweet, and rich.
It has a full-bodied and umami taste. Delicious.
I found a good sake on my trip.
