Tochigi sake featured in Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. The most unusual item this time? Sake brewed by irradiating blue LEDs in a transparent acrylic tank. It is said that blue LEDs have the effect of inhibiting fermentation, and there is also a dry sake called "Illumina Red" that is irradiated with red LEDs, which have the effect of accelerating fermentation. For more information, please visit the Nishibori Sake Brewery's website. Hmmm, there is some kind of smell...? I think the taste itself is sweet, but the discomfort is too much for me😅. Nemuchi-san also said the same thing, so I'm sure it's not my imagination. If the sake I bought had this flavor, I'd go to cooking sake 😭

Good evening, bouken! (^O^) It would be very sad if you paid 2,700 yen for a bottle of sake and it turned out to be different from what you expected...(^_^;) I guess the brewery was aiming for a niche.

Good evening, Tomoyuki Kumagai 😃. I think I would have been shocked if I had bought it without tasting it 😅I don't mean to sound too much like a layman, but I was wondering if there was something wrong with the production process 🤔.
