Tochigi Pref. Oyama City. Nishibori Brewery Co. Junmai-shu (Junmai sake) When I drink it for the first time and it tastes especially good, there are two patterns: one is to say "旨っ❗" with eyes so wide open that they pop out of my head, and the other is to say "うんまーっ❗" with a grin as the corners of my mouth turn up in a grin without knowing it. I tasted this sake at the Hankyu Department Store's "Traveling SAKE" event, and this was the latter reaction. Junmai sake is the brewery's benchmark sake, and at the time of the tasting, the junmai ginjo was already sold out. The junmai ginjo was already sold out at the time of the tasting, so it was served cold. The aroma has a slight grain aroma. It is smooth and flows smoothly down the throat, with a slightly viscous mouthfeel right out of the fridge. Only the clarity stands out, and at first it is a little loose and unsatisfying, but the slight sweetness spreads out and the spiciness is not so noticeable. After drinking for a while and as the temperature rises, the acidity gradually tightens up and just before it becomes sour, it is perfectly fused with the umami. This is a technique that is very skillful and exquisite. What is it? It is a little different from the image I got from the tasting 🤔. Well, it's okay because this is delicious 😁. Hi Nemuchi 😃 I agree that it's different from the image I got from the tasting 😅. I left it at room temperature due to the convenience of the fridge after opening it, but unlike the image I had, the aged aroma came out a bit and I felt it deteriorated quickly 🤔.
