Two nights in a row, it's Eiko Fuji, but tonight it's Junmai sake. It is one word: delicious. It is an unfiltered raw sake orikara. Last night it was Eikoufuji's Daiginjo, but personally, I prefer tonight's Junmai sake. First of all, I like the gaseous feeling of the first sip. Then, there is a refreshing freshness in the full-bodied feeling that is typical of orikarami. It's a delicious sake that you can drink as much as you want.

I thought it would be sweet since it is 24% polished, but the first sip was sweet and I felt "wtf", but as I took two or three sips, I was happy to find a good balance of acidity and astringency, and it is a dangerous sake to drink too much of. ☺️

It was a nice gift from a friend. I had decided to take a day off from drinking, but it had been a while since I had had a cup of sake, so I opened the bottle. It is still delicious 😋. It was worth breaking my "day off drinking". Even though it is fire-aged, it is fresh and fruity. Delicate sweetness and umami. It is a beautiful sake with a well-defined flavor.

The second bottle last night was also a Momoten. Both bottles last night were attacked with spring-like sake. The aroma is weak but fresh. Refreshing sweetness like pear juice. It was a delicious sake with a nice smooth taste. It is a perfect sake for spring.

We purchased this sake because it was bottled from the same tank as the sake that was entered in the 2023 National New Sake Competition Gold Award-winning sake. It is a delicious sake with a delicate sweetness that is not too sweet despite being a daiginjo, and is mellow and well-balanced.

This sake was recommended to me at the first liquor store I entered when I asked about a good hot sake. I drank the first glass cold and found it to be a very sharp tasting sake with a thin taste. The second cup was served lukewarm, and the sharpness was more pronounced than the cold sake, but the aroma of koji and rice stood out and gave the sake a nostalgic feel. The third glass was heated, and the acidity was more pronounced. I think it is a delicious sake that is typical of sake. It is a nostalgic sake in today's sake world, where "umakuchi" (flavorful) sake is prized. The after-flavor is a hint of apricot. I think it is probably one of the most delicious sake of my father's generation.

It made a nice popping sound when I opened the bottle, so I felt the strength of the schwarziness, but once I took a sip, it was just the right amount of schwarziness, fruity, with a good balance of acidity and sweetness. ‼️ It is blissfully delicious and mouth-watering. My throat was happy from the first sip. The last Hiroshimasenbonnishiki was delicious, but Yamadanishiki is also a delicious umakuchi sake. It is a quintessential Amami. ‼️ Every sake from Amami is delicious.

This is the third installment of the Tenbi drinking contest. Delicious ‼️ Too delicious‼️ Personally, I shy away from Daiginjos because they are too sweet, but the tingling sensation of slight bubbles, the sweetness, and the astringency that almost tastes eggy for a moment, all come together and go down my throat. It really is a delicious sake 😋.
