bouken
Purchased at Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE.
I wondered if it was special junmai or junmai! I thought when I saw the label😅.
I tasted it and it was so rich and delicious that I bought it. The tasting was at room temperature, but I tried it cold. Well, the spiciness is more noticeable when it's cold. I prefer it at room temperature.
At room temperature, it is sweet, tasty, and acidic.
I've left it at room temperature for a week after opening, and it's starting to show a bit of maturity. I wonder if it has a surprisingly delicate sake quality.

Hello, Mr. Manachy.
I've always wondered if it's okay to make it a brand name that's not allowed out of the gate 😅I've always thought that even hidden sake is not hidden at all 🤣. I've always thought 😅 that hidden liquors aren't hidden at all 🤣.

Hello Ponchan 😃
It's possible that the tasting magic increased the flavor, but it was delicious even for home drinking. I thought this is a high level of standard sake 🤔I had the impression that the standard class of all Tochigi sake breweries were of a high level overall 😊.

Ao, good evening 😄
I was surprised that there is a store that sells it 😳
It was definitely a mellow umamikuchi sake 😊.
I kept it at room temperature even after opening the bottle and the taste changed surprisingly fast😅
