The third cup of sake was Asahi Wakamatsu by Naga Sake Brewery.
Again, the aroma was not very strong.
When you put it in your mouth, you will be surprised by the sweet and umami taste and the sake flavor.
However, the mouthfeel was smooth and easy to drink, which was a strange feeling.
It has a strong taste and umami, which is something I usually don't get with sake, but I found it to be very tasty 🎵.
Hi ma-ki-! I'm glad you found Okinawan, Miyazaki and Tokushima sake at the izakaya where you can get sake from all over Japan 🤗🎊I'm sure you will also find Kumamoto, Nagasaki, Shizuoka and Iwate sake at that izakaya 😊😄.
Thank you, Mashiranoyama(san).
I was very excited just to see sake from all over Japan 🎵.
I actually succeeded in getting the sake from those 4 prefectures, and I am looking forward to enjoying it slowly now 😊.
For the record.
The owner likes to lay down his sake quite a bit and has a lot of different kinds. He also likes aged sake, and he's aging some more.
This one was brewed in 2021, came out in the fall of 2022, and opened in July 2023.

I bought this for heating because I hadn't found it in a while, but after drinking it, I wanted to drink it again and it soon ran out.
It is a sweet sake, but it has a nice pull, and it goes down well.
It is good at room temperature, but it would be a shame not to warm it up.
The label says it will be brewed in 2022, but since it is not being made this year, it is labeled as 2021BY.
It has a rich, umami taste.
The first time I drank it, about 5 years ago, I didn't think it was good.
I don't remember much about the second time.
But after the third time, I started to understand its deliciousness,
Now it is one of my favorite brands.
It is true that our taste buds and preferences change over time.
Oh, it is not fruity at all. It smells like alcohol (in a good way).
Mr. Arai! I wanted to try this sake once while I was in Shikoku, but finally never had a chance to drink it.
I envy you.
How is it? Was it delicious 😆?
Meet the Asahi Wakamatsu pine tree. Oh my, here you are!
It's been a long time since I had a drink. I thought it tasted like this. It certainly had a caramel-like taste.
Oh, no! I thought, "You've changed in the little time I've seen you. That's weird, I've changed!
I really want to drink some fresh Asahi Wakamatsu sake, but I may never see you again... tears.
Gakugeidaigaku, to the next restaurant.
Sake from Tokushima, Asahi Wakamatsu.
It's a solid, refreshing sake, but it tastes like it's got a certain flavor.
Traditional? The label is also nice.
