Ripe melon-like aroma.
Chilliness and gassiness on opening.
Smooth on the palate, gradually expanding in volume.
There is a slight sweetness from the rice.
Slightly long finish.
The exact opposite of "tanrei"!
The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and aroma spreads!
A delicious sake on its own!
It seems to go well with sauces and other strong flavors.
I don't know the difference in sake rice,
I think I prefer Yamada-Nishiki.
