It has a rich umami taste that only low-polished rice can provide!
It has a fruity, grapefruit-like flavor.
Slightly effervescent, with a crisp and refreshing aftertaste.
My first brewery.
I was attracted by the Tetsujin 28-ish name.
I think I bought it, but the label on the back says that it was filled with the best conditioned junmai sake from the second half of the 24-year period. I must be grateful for it.
Taibai Junmai Ginjo Spring Shibori [Gunma Prefecture, Makino Shuzo].
Sharp acidity and sweetness from fine gas. Muscat flavor. Juicy fruity. I like it a lot.
Ingredients: rice, rice malt
Rice: 100% Japanese domestic
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 16%.
Sugary, direct, gentle and sweet aroma.
Taste is "fresh sweet full with a gassy aftertaste."
In the case of sweet and full, this level of gassy aftertaste is what I want. The gasiness may have been a little too strong, leaving an aftertaste like the aftertaste of soda water. The balance of sweet, sour, and bitter is good, and the lingering aftertaste is delicious.
I think the font of "macho" on the front label has changed. I thought it had been changed frequently. It's a little late for that.
Please try it!
The aroma is reminiscent of bananas,
and a sweetness that fills the mouth,
But it is sharp and not sticky.
It might be good to live in Gunma.
Highly recommended!
The naming of this drink is 🫨.
The name is ART DECO, but the label has the word NOUVEAU in large letters💧.
What, not Art Deco but Art Nouveau❔.
I think NOUVEAU probably means new wine, but it's really confusing😅.
The label is designed like an art deco sake cup...
So where is the art deco expressed in this sake 🤔?
Pear, cream-like aroma
Fresh, fine effervescence, like a refreshing cream soda 🫧.
This is rather NOUVEAU isn't it 😆.
The punch of the new wine is understated and easy to drink 🙂 🙂.
The finish is clean and cool ❔.
