Went to Gunma to visit my wife's parents' grave.
While looking for a sake from a Gunma sake brewery at a nearby supermarket, I saw a label that said it was an IWC award-winning sake, so I bought it!
The first sip had a sweet peachy aroma and a refreshing grape-like flavor. The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are well balanced, and the umami has a deep flavor.
It would go well with cold shabu pork.

I've been curious about Macho for a while.
The clerk at the liquor store recommended it to me, so I took the plunge and bought it.
Sour aroma like grapefruit.
The gaseous, surprisingly acidic taste is not that strong, and the fresh, smooth rice flavor spreads and finishes with a crisp bitterness!
Refreshing sake, like a Ramune!

First half of GW, I went to my parents' house for the first time in a long time.
On the way back from the airport, I took my parents to go stock up 🤣.
I wanted to drink sweet and tasty, so I got two bottles 🤣.
We started with a bottle of Macho.
I had a memory of how good it tasted when I drank it outside before, so I felt very safe.
One sip and it was delicious 😋.
I got drunk while being satisfied with the sweet and tasty taste as expected 😆👍.
I guess it's nice to be at home. ☺️
