The last of today's drinking tecnics!
Gunma Sake and Gunma Snacks
Sake with sweetness, umami and a little sourness
It's a nice sake with a refreshing aftertaste!
And...this konnyaku snack is delicious. It seems to be a light version of horumon, not too fatty and perfect with sake!
I was allowed to splurge again today 😄.
Tomorrow I have to clean up the house!
It was a delicious sake with an impressive fresh sweetness that was very well balanced, with a slight bitterness and dryness that was very sharp and crisp.
September 4, 2024
Dinner at home.
The second bottle of sake was opened.
The second bottle was a bottle of Ousai MACHO Junmai 70. It has a slight cemedine smell.
It has a slight cemedine smell and a slight yellowish color.
The color is slightly yellowish. There is a slight feeling of gas,
The sweetness and umami are both strong,
The bitter taste tightens up at the end. It is sharp.
Personally, I prefer this to Mitsuo Yamakawa's first bottle.
Personally, I prefer this to the first bottle I drank with Mitsuo Yamakawa.
I think I prefer it to the first bottle I drank, Yamakawa Mitsuo. I didn't notice it because the bottle was black.
I didn't notice it because the bottle was black, but the last sip was cloudy white.
I did not notice it because the bottle was black, but the last glass was cloudy white, so I wonder if it is an orizumi type. The taste is also more fruity than the first one.
It tastes more fruity than the first one. It tastes more fruity than the first one.
Edamame (green soybeans), grilled seseri with salt and pepper, and fried octopus.
grilled seseri with salt and pepper, fried octopus with isobe-age
and octopus fried on the shore.
I finally got to drink the sake I received 🍶!
Slightly golden in color, the flavor spreads with the first sip and quickly fades away ✨It's a very beautiful tasting sake 🍶😋.

It was a treat😊.
I hate labels: ......
but it has no cloying taste for the degree of milling.
Is this also the anti-definition of "Polishing..." ⁉︎
Slightly effervescent and delicious!
But I don't like the label.
Purchased at a liquor store in Annaka
The label is eye-catching macho.
Despite its appearance, it is fruity.
It is a very tasty and modern sake!
This is an ambitious sake made from a blend of Omachi 32 and Aizan 68!
The first sip is a melon! It has a fruity taste that makes you say "melon!
It has a slight bitterness that lingers on the palate, perhaps due to the minerality and hard water.
It has a presence and weight that brings out the best of both Omachi and Aizan.
It is a popular sake, so please try it if you see it under other labels!
It's been a while since I've had a sake party🍶 in town with my colleagues from work.
We brought 4 bottles today✨.
After a toast with beer to start off 🍻, we started with the first bottle: ‼️
We were so excited about the first bottle... 🤣.
This is one of the 600 limited bottles of the aged old sparkling sake (💁) from Makino Brewery, the brewer of Macho💪, which is a fantastic prototype 🥰.
The name...DEAD STOCK☠️
The aroma was not that strong... but when poured into a boar cup, it was 🫧sizzling🫧 ✨.
We all toasted again and poured it down in one gulp... and at the same time we felt happy 😊🎉.
The sweetness was like a cross between an apple and a lemon 🍎, and the pizzazz that popped in my mouth....
The words that came out unintentionally were... "Mmmmmm!
I didn't feel any of the smokiness of the old wine...it was gone in no time at all 🤣.
Compared to the Masumi Sparkling I had before, this one was sweeter and more reminiscent of a slightly carbonated juice 🍹. 🙂↕️
I wonder when I will come across it again...
Commemorative 600th check-in: 🙇♀️
After half a year of neglecting to post, I finally completed it until mid-August.
This is the oldest sake brewery in Gunma Izumi, Makino Shuzo Ohai....
I haven't seen Mr. Makino recently...
Congratulations on your 600 check-ins, Mamo: 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I've never had a "big sake" 💦 interesting that even the oldest one in Gunma is made like Macho✨.
It's amazing that you can remember it from 6 months ago! 👍
Pon.
Thank you for your message 😭
I think the next year's Taiga Drama will feature a person from the area where Makino Brewery is located, so I think the area will be a little more exciting....
Hello, Momo-san!
Congratulations on your 600 check-ins 🎉.
I'd like to try some of the sake from Gunma Prefecture, as I don't often come across it 😋.
I'm looking forward to reading more of your posts 🎵.

I didn't know that Ohibai-san had been replaced ❗️ I want to support breweries that are challenging themselves 📣I will take the initiative to drink it when I see it ❗️
Hiro-san.
Thank you for your message 🙇♀️
Please support us 📣.
I think it's really good not only to drink but also to learn more about the breweries and their ideas... Please let me know if you have any recommendations for breweries and sake. 🙇♀️
Congratulations on your 600 check-in✅, Momo✅㊗️🎊
I heard that "Ohibai" is very good 😋.
Actually, my local liquor store sells it, but I always put it off because I thought I could buy it anytime 😅I'll take you next time 😃.
Hi Mamo 😃
Congratulations on your 600 check-ins🎊㊗️
I've only had Macho💪 sake from Makino-san, so I will try it again 😋.
