Low Milling Series
Gorilla🦍 Macho💪.
The initial punch is powerful🤜 due to the low milled rice.
However, it has a sharpness that disappears without being persistent, while expanding in a mysterious and well-balanced way.
The alcohol taste is more elongated than Aizan, but it's not a habit. I think Macho series is the best sake that can be sharp while producing 😆 😆 😁.
I'm sick of it, but I'll make sure to disinfect it with alcohol 🫡 lol
I bought it after tasting it 😊 after being told it was one of the liquor store's recommendations and that it had a complex flavor.
It was dry with a touch of melon and rummy sweetness and I drank it over 4 days and ended up with a delicious sake with just the right amount of rummy feeling.
It would be interesting to compare it with MACHO 🤤.
