I had high expectations since I enjoyed the Shakamacho I drank before!
The aroma is very fruity with a strong sourness, just like the last time!
The carbonation is quite strong.
After taking it into the mouth, the mellow aroma passed through my nose, and I could taste a strong white wine-like flavor.
I am not a fan of wine in general, but this wine is easy to drink, almost like a sparkling wine.
The aftertaste is juicy, and the richness of the wine is like the white wine I used to drink at Okura's Genryu!
Ohbai's macho, he seems to like it.

This is a great taste 😋. Collaboration of Aiyama's guts and Yamadanishiki. It tastes so good that I have to keep rubbing the bottle. It is suitable for me as a sake alone or as a food sake.

Well, tonight we opened a bottle of Ohibai Macho💪 Masked Man🍶.
I've been hooked on Macho since my first drink... but I can't find anything better than that gorilla🦍😭, so I'm going to drink Macho to the hilt😏.
The aroma is a bit apple-like... but not too strong 🤔.
Pouring it into the glass, it's not too strong..................................first sip! The moment I take a sip, there is a sweetness and a bit of bitterness at the same time + a unique Macho juiciness 🫧... but I think there is a bit too much of a tangy taste due to the low milled rice 🌾. I think there is a little bit of a tangy taste......but the sharpness is first 🙆🙆.
The overall finish is one of my personal favorites 😆.

First day...
Fresh! The taste is strong and not so much umami, but it is beautiful and has some bitterness, and it is a fast dragging pattern without alcohol.
3rd day...
Masked man unmasked: ⁉️
The freshness of the juices has gone down a bit, but the umami has spread and the series opens with a beautiful clean taste... it was so good 🥹.
