It is definitely a cold sake!

I don't know when I drank it, but it is fire-roasted but juicy and fresh!
Aizan's typical flavor😍.
I tried my best to enjoy the taste change in about 6 days 👍
The last part of the bottle was a bit long, but the freshness and umami seemed to be fine after about 4 days 😳.
Great sake with great stability 🍶.

I still hate the label.
But the flavor is so good that it is hard to believe that it is 70% polished rice!
