Macho shocked me before...this time, I didn't expect much since it was fire-aged and not a draft 🍶...but when I opened the bottle: .... Pssh! Wow...the aroma of rich Yamadanishiki rice with 80% polished rice...the mouthfeel is sweet but thick... This is a very rich wine! The flavor is also very macho...definitely overpriced...this is delicious...I want to drink it again...it's not a trendy sake right now, but it's good...this is good...

I had been wanting to drink this for a long time and got a bottle of "Ousai Macho" from Makino Shuzo.... I'm also interested in the other macho series...I'm sipping it with cod roe tempura and black shrimp tempura...I think it goes well with strong-flavored snacks and dishes. I can't stop drinking sake because of these Junmai encounters!

I have finished my work for the year and am on my way to my parents' house in Shima Onsen, Gunma for one night and two days from today 😆! It seems to have snowed yesterday, and the lightly snow-covered mountains and rivers and the townscape are very beautiful. There is a hot spring town where you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stroll, the hot springs are pleasant, you can enjoy drinking the hot spring water, and the dinner at the inn is delicious... Shima Onsen is a nice place 😳✨. Now for the sake we will be sharing the night at the inn. LOL! I heard that the liquor store in Shima Onsen is a special distributor of Makino Sake Brewery, so there is one more reason to come to Shima Onsen 😆 lol As for the sake, the aroma is clear and banana-like sweetness can be felt. The aroma is clear and I can feel a banana-like sweetness. The mouthfeel is beautifully soft, and since there is no stickiness, it seems to slowly seep into your mouth 😳✨. It is a sensation 😳✨. The taste is also like 🍌 with a full-bodied sweetness and just the right amount of acidity, with a moderate bitterness to tighten up the aftertaste! I decided on the 300ml because I plan to drink it all from tomorrow, but I should have used a shogo-jar. LOL!

Long time no see! Osaka lover osakazuki😊. I love macho💪, but osakazuki is also delicious 😋. I had this special junmai at room temperature and it tastes rich and banana-like 🍌. I wonder if it's close to Macho? The label said it was slightly dry, but I thought it was rather sweet, or is there something wrong with my tongue? Anyway, it was delicious 🙏.
