Is it really 80% polished rice? It is so elegant, clear, and free of any cloying taste.
Fruity sweetness like muscat, strawberry, and lychee.
Slightly gassy, low acidity, low bitterness. Slightly bitter aftertaste.
Very tasty.
As expected from Legend, he has a good eye!

Dark yellow in color with medium-low viscosity. Aromas of cheese, rice malt, chestnut, muscat grapes, kumquat and a hint of mushroom. On the palate, it is rich and smooth with moderate acidity. There are more layers in the front end, with subtle sweetness mixed with acidity. As the tongue slides down the throat, there is lactic acidity and a slight aftertaste in the mouth, but the overall finish is on the short side. This wine does have a wild association. It is a very pleasant and refreshing drink. I think it would be a good choice for a meal or a family noodle dish.

I took the challenge because it was extended until 8pm for Instagram followers.
I'm drinking a crisp 45ml x 6 types in 30 minutes, so I'll keep my impressions brief.
The smell of rice and banana.
Contain it and sure enough. It's just the right amount of spicy.
It has a graininess and rice flavor.
A little spiciness from the alcohol.
It has a good amount of umami and spiciness, and is very sharp.
Classic umami spiciness.
It goes well with cream cheese.

I got some crab meat at work, so I opened this one in a hurry (laughs).
Let's start right away. The nose smells like bananas at the beginning of fermentation. In the mouth, it has a banana-like sweetness and umami, followed by sourness and bitterness.
With crab meat. The unique aroma of crab 🦀 matches the sweet and umami of this sake more than I expected 🤩It's delicious 😋I think both of them have more umami. ❗️

Large sake cups that are not macho. First time I've seen it.
It is clean and beautifully sweet. It is totally different from the label image.
It was a mouth opening. So energetic that the lid blew off when opening the bottle. I was scared. It is indeed Autumn Punch. But I don't think I felt the fizziness that much.

This is one of my top favorites in Omachi. It has a fresh aroma, a full and satisfying drinkability typical of Omachi despite its first attack, and a beautiful aftertaste that is hard to believe it is 80, making it a high quality wine 🤩.
