Clean and exceptionally pure. Light aromas of apple and pear. Lingering in the mouth, but not particularly sharp. It's a wine with memories.

Macho's Kore is slightly pithy and as tasty as ever.
I prefer to drink it first as the fruity and sweetness is a little disturbing as a food wine.

A long overdue drinking party today. I brought a large cup of limited sake that I carried back from Takasaki.
The aroma is concentrated, with distinct banana pineapple flavors and a bit of alcohol. The mouthfeel is smooth and tightly structured, with a noticeable sweetness. But not very intoxicating. Unexpectedly blends well with coconut chicken.
Pairing: Coconut Chicken, Yellow Throat, Roasted Pepper Phoenix Claw

The bottom of the bottle and the opening of the mouth
The bottom of the bottle has sweetness, acidity and bitterness.
The open-mouth one is more dry and has a sour taste.

It tastes good, not too fruity, and easy to drink.
It has a strong rice-like flavor, with just a hint of acidity on the palate.
It is said that it is not rice-domesticated, but it tastes so good that I don't care what it is.
