Clean and exceptionally pure. Light aromas of apple and pear. Lingering in the mouth, but not particularly sharp. It's a wine with memories.

Macho's Kore is slightly pithy and as tasty as ever.
I prefer to drink it first as the fruity and sweetness is a little disturbing as a food wine.
A long overdue drinking party today. I brought a large cup of limited sake that I carried back from Takasaki.
The aroma is concentrated, with distinct banana pineapple flavors and a bit of alcohol. The mouthfeel is smooth and tightly structured, with a noticeable sweetness. But not very intoxicating. Unexpectedly blends well with coconut chicken.
Pairing: Coconut Chicken, Yellow Throat, Roasted Pepper Phoenix Claw

Refreshingly sweet and dry at the moment your tongue is tingling with acidity. And refreshing. It might be described as sharp.
The acidity also gives a sense of lactobacillus.
It is definitely a cold sake!
