Next, here is a bottle from ‼️ that was Miyajima's recommendation for the Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai. ‼️ To be honest, I can't really tell the difference 😅 although the richness of the orikagarami is better. I just keep reaching for the ogara-mi 😆. Maybe it's the bitterness that makes it better for eating 😋. Either way it's delicious, so this comparison is a lot of fun ‼️4

(*sigh*) 🍶🍶🍶🍶 We had our first Ding's sake 😀. It was a well balanced and delicious sake. The aroma is quietly gorgeous, refreshing rice flavor and sweetness, and a nice crispness. Nice 👍️

❀(*´▽`*)❀🍶🍶🍶🍶+ Today I got a limited edition Junmai Daiginjo from Ting today 😀. I was drawn to the limited edition label because it seems that from this year they have changed from Daiginjo to Junmai Daiginjo 😁. The aroma is gorgeous 🥰The mouthfeel is smooth 😊The sweetness is moderate but the flavor is beautiful and firm 😘The acidity is sharp to finish 😍This was a very delicious sake.

Tokubetsu Junmai Unfiltered Bottle Fired Miracle smooth. It was supposed to be a little bit. but it went in rapidly. It goes well with sweetfish. Sake is good with sweet snacks, I guess that means I've reached that age I guess that's what it means.
