Ding Natsuyu Junmai Ginjyo Oorigarami
The aroma is typical of nama-shu 🤫 (with a hint of chocolate).
The palate has a strong caramel-like sweetness, but then the aroma of the rice cake starts to fade away. The mouthfeel is strong and sweet like caramel, but in the middle, it is silky soft! I'm sure you'll love it!
I'll buy it whenever I see it! I'll buy it whenever I see it!
With grilled bonito and Basho swordfish from Kamimachi Ikezawa Honten in Kochi. The sake was dry. Not the usual Ding's fruity, but umami-guchi type. It was unexpected but satisfying!
This is a check-in from last year when I was looking for Ding and got the summer sake 😆.
I couldn't resist the 🩵cool bottle color and Ding's smiling face 😅 I couldn't resist pressing the button 😅 The fruity and juicy taste of Ding is still there and the rice flavor and sweetness is still there. The black day water makes it smooth and easy to drink, and the orikara summer sake makes it even easier to drink 🥰I personally think it might be my favorite of all Ding's so I wish they would sell it all season long 💕.

I was so captivated by it that I immediately went online and purchased a bottle. The label is also cute and soothing💕I bought a front cover for it lol

Good morning, catpunchS closing M!
Ding, you've become a captive 🎵.
It's delicious, isn't it 😋.
I have only had experience with raw sake, but it's a delicious sake with a great taste of rice 🤗.
Aroma is fruity Sour fruity?
Sweet, but yeasty? It's sweet but has a yeasty note.
Then green apple.
Sweet green apple
Sweet but easy to drink.
Surprisingly, not too much acidity and a little bit of spiciness.
Long lasting aftertaste
This is my check-in when I first met Ding last year in Shinshu 😍I was hooked the moment I saw this label 💕I remember being captivated by the ultra soft water, very smooth on the palate and sweet and delicious 🥰.

A bottle at a Kumamoto travel hotel!
My first Ding bought at a liquor store in Kumamoto. There were some like Sannodo and Hananokou, but I went with this one that I've never had before😅.
I drink what I want to drink! Great 👍!
It has a nice sweetness with a gentle mouthfeel, and it's easy to drink and tastes great without any stickiness! I was able to enjoy it all the way through without any lull in the sweetness.
Thank you so much for the food 😄
Good evening, Tsutsumitate-san!
I love your trip to Kumamoto 🎵.
I remember traveling there by myself a long time ago 🤗.
I remember Ding-san through Hananoka-san and Sundo-san - it was delicious and ricey ✨.
I'll drink what I want to drink 😊.
Good morning, tsutsumate-san 😃
I also opened a bottle of this on the same day...
It's fruity and delicious, Kanae!
By the way, were you okay with the water disaster?
Hello @Mizuhashi😄
We opened the bottle on the same day! What a pleasure 💃.
It's delicious👍
I didn't see any major damage in the tourist areas, but there seemed to be some damage such as elevators in hotels were out of order.
Ding Junmai Ginjo Namaishu 720ml
Alcohol content: 16%.
Rice polishing ratio: 55
I had a mapo-don at Shoryu in Nanao and dropped by Mizukami. Shinshu sake for my trip to Saku on Monday 😅.
It's been a while since I've had Ding.
Soft and fruity, nice 😉.
Hello @Mizuhashi!
Ding-san is delicious 😋.
I have the impression that the sake has a great aroma and flavor of rice, and I remember thinking that Nagano sake is also delicious 🤗.
I see you are going to Saku 😁✨✨.
Good morning, ma-ki-san ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Ding is a hard sake to find in some areas because there are only a few distributors 🍶.
Yesterday, I went down to the town center and went to Shimizu-ya to stock up on a lot of sake 🥰.
Today, we have a summer Junmai Ginjyo from "Ting" in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture: ❗️ its orikarami: ❗️❗️
The aroma is fresh and sweet! One sip and after a dense texture on the tongue, it has a tangy and sharp spiciness❗️❗️ and a fruity aroma that leaves the nose❗️ and is a great sake for a meal. ❤️
Very easy to drink, with a melon🍈 flavor. It is a delicious sake with a refreshing taste.
The endorsement reads, "We will be happy if this sake makes your smiles shine brighter." -----
It should be delicious✨.
I had Ding for the first time!
It was a fruity and delicious sake!
Maybe it was the temperature, but I thought it would have a bit more sharpness, but I felt it was more mellow.
It was delicious 🍶😁😁.
Open the bottle for a sweet drink.
Sweet from the aroma 🥰!
Sweet and tasty Ding-chan, no bitterness or spiciness at all, delicious 😋.
I drank too much and almost emptied it in one night😅.
