Purchased at Shiozawa, a liquor store in Iida, where I was on a business trip. It has a gorgeous aroma, a sweet taste on the palate, and a sharp, bitter aftertaste. It is a delicious sake that can be drunk without any accompaniment.

I found Ding, which I had wanted to try for some time, at a liquor store recommended to me by a junior colleague for its good selection😋. The aroma is fruity with fresh fruitiness like apples, pears, and grapes, and a little sourness like white wine, with a little graininess, and a sweet mouthfeel. It has a sweet mouthfeel, but it also has umami, bitterness, and acidity, making it a complex wine with a very good balance. There is a slight alcohol taste, but it is not sharp and very mild. Another one of my favorite sakes has increased 😁Thank you!

Tomorrow is my oldest son's rookie game😃⚽️ Please make my son's wish come true! I'm going to open a bottle of Ding for that reason 😆. Soccer⚽️ is working very hard, so daddy will do his best to cheer him on 📣. It's already gotten cold in Sendai, but we still have some summer sake in the lineup along with the fall sake. Well, well, well, well... Ding, after a long time! I imagined it to be a refreshing summer sake, but it has a fruity taste at first, but the acidity lingers 🤔. I feel it is well balanced 😋. I'm saving it for tomorrow to get my revenge 😊.

Ding Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu From the aroma, I have a premonition of a sweet and juicy type! ☺️ Taste as expected! It has a beautiful sweetness on the palate, but the richness comes out and fills the mouth! The richness (mixed with bitterness) remains until the aftertaste, so the feeling of having drunk it is outstanding! 😉 😉 There are only a few distributors in Ding! If you see it, it's a good idea to buy it! I'm sure you'll be able to find it!

Kansai Sake-no-Wa Sakai Bring Your Own Off-line Meeting (3) The first bottle of sake brought by Mr. and Mrs. Wakata Ding, which was on my list of things I wanted to try, finally got to drink it. The label looks like a person's face 🤔. They bought it at a liquor store in Nagano prefecture because there is no special distributor in Kansai. The nearest store from Kansai is also in Aichi prefecture? I think there is a place that sells Takizawa... They used to use Miyamanishiki and Kinmonniki, but now they seem to use only Miyamanishiki. It seems that not only the brewer but also the distributor must agree to become a distributor, and if you don't sell a certain number of bottles, the distributor will be terminated 💦...that's a high hurdle to jump 🤣. The aroma is very fruity and sweet, but when you drink it, you get the impression that it's a bit refreshing. It has a nice sharpness and the sweetness is not too strong, so even people who like dry wine will like it! Thanks for the drink 😋😋.
