I was going to drink the Hiran Denen Ikken I opened last week, but it smells funny 😟. Sour cheese taste. Looks like it's already gone bad😧. I opened a bottle of Ding Bangai Origami to refresh my palate! The smell was so fruity and my favorite grape 🍇 smell! It has a slightly smooth mouthfeel with a gentle acidity and a pleasant umami taste. Is it dry? It's dry, but not that dry. The sweet aroma gives the illusion of sweetness on the tongue. The slight bitterness in the aftertaste finishes cleanly. If you leave it for a long time, the sweetness may increase the next day, but Very easy to drink and gone quickly 🫠. The beer is a collaboration beer between DD4D and Iyo Kagiya It is a ginjo beer brewed with sake yeast😊.

It's been a while since I've had a "Ding". The red label "┐┌" was so impressive that I couldn't help but pick it up! When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was fruity with acidity like plums and plums. The mouthfeel is soft as if it were soaked into the bottle, and the power of Kuroyorisui is unmatched! The overall taste is clean and dry with a focus on acidity and sharpness. It is rather subdued and transparent, so you can fully enjoy its sharpness and softness on the palate ✨. The melon-like aroma and mineral flavor gradually fade away and disappear like melting at the end, so you can't help but drink more and more 👍. This is really my favorite flavor...! The soft mouthfeel is also addictive 😋.

How long has it been since I've had a drink at Ding Dong? If I force myself to pull up my memory, it has probably been 5 years since 2019. The ginjo aroma is of tropical fruit, similar to a gorgeous pineapple or melon. There are also some floral notes. The fruity acidity along with the aroma also contributes to this odd drinkability. Although it is a sweet wine, the sweetness is extremely elegant and not at all unpleasant. If the acidity were any higher, the wine would be too juicy to drink on its own, but the moderately low acidity makes it easy to pair with light meals such as salads. Many of these types of sakes are gorgeous and have sharp edges, making them surprisingly difficult to drink, but this one has no edges, so it is easy to drink anyway! This is just as easy to drink as a Hanahayo or Jyushiyo! And at 1,600 yen including tax, it's too good to be true! If you want a sweet drink, this is the one from now on, right? LOL! It's the type of gorgeous, yet clear, celebrity-like wine that is sure to be popular. It is a tropical, gorgeous sweet sake that has impressed me for the first time in a long time!

My wife's souvenir from Nagano! Fresh and juicy. Some gassy sensation. Pineapple type aroma and sweetness comes quickly, but it pulls away quickly and lingers without being sweet. My favorite type! Sake rice → 100% Kinmon-Nishiki Rice polishing ratio→55 Alcohol content→16

Extreme personal preference ⭐️⭐️⭐️✨3.5/5 Second bottle of Ding's home brew 🍶. A light pon to open with a little tailings. Fruity mouthfeel and some floral aroma with some floral notes. Lots of pear, melon flavor, and fresh acidity as the sweetness comes through ✨✨. Gentle acidity that finishes with a gentle acidity and slowly fades away with a lingering bitterness that reveals the flavor of the rice 🙏. After a few hours the sweetness comes forward and the second day is much sweeter but with a lingering bitterness of umami melon that is also delicious 😊👍 Thanks for the treat ✨✨ (Ingredients: Contract grown rice from Nagano Prefecture Kuroyau water, the softest water in Japan Rice Hitogokochi, Kakemai Kinmon Nishiki Sake degree -7 Acidity 1.6 Amino acidity 1.6 Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 16%)
