The second bottle in Kesennuma Oshima, Ding ✨.
I bought this bottle when I went to Nagano on this great adventure called "homecoming".
I had already been carrying around a bottle all this trip without sending it (my husband) all the way, just to encourage him to pair the Ding with the sumptuous seafood at this Kaiho 😍.
According to the liquor store where we bought it, it is fruity and popular number 1 ❣️.
Ding is produced by three graduates of Tokyo University of Agriculture.
The fruity aroma is gorgeous. It is super soft and has a gentle sweetness. I think I know what Jyushiyo means when I say that it has a smooth, elegant sweetness and a sharpness that goes well with it👍.
It's really a delicious and careful sake. ❣️
Delicious, really delicious 😊.
I'm not sure if it's the same as the other two, but I'm sure it's the same as the other two. I am so impressed with Kaiho-san.
We were so thankful for the delicious fish, sake, and Kaiho ✨.
Good morning, Waka 🐥.
I've never seen this sake in person ✨I'm jealous ✨and the boatloads are amazing 😳what if the catch is good 🤣I want to eat sea urchin ❣️
Welcome back Mr. Wakata 😁.
Miyagi prefecture was not affected by the typhoon as much as the previous information and we were lucky with the weather 😄.
Even though the fishing was poor, it is still a quintessential Kaifeng denner 😋 Did you try the bonito from Kesennuma? This year's was very tasty 🤘.
Hi Wakata 😃.
Well done on your adventure 🤗and a bottle of sake with a specific destination and entrée! You have planned your trip perfectly 👍Is the liquor store in Nagano, Japan, Miyajima-san?
Hi Pon, 😃I was also very excited about my first Ding 😆💕You mentioned that this boatload of fish was local fish that you gathered, but on the contrary, it was delicious and tasty 😍.
Colonel Lal, I'm back 😁It really was a great Kaiho denner 😋✨We also got some bonito 👍It was in the platter at my parents' house, and at Kaiho it was served as sashimi and nameko, but it was fatty and very, very tasty ❣️
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃When we decided to stay at Kaiho, we were planning at which point in the trip to buy sake for Kaiho Denner, my husband 😁Nagano is Miyajima-san. The guy at the store was so nice 😊.
Summer Evening Drinks. Today's accompaniment is Ding Xia Sheng Oorigarami.
The aroma is mild. The taste is well-balanced and you can enjoy it slowly without getting tired of drinking it.
Perfect with summer snacks ✨.
I went to Koyama Shoten in Tama City for the first time for a drive!
There were too many 🍶 to choose from, so I told the store staff what I liked and they picked one for me ^_^!
Very fruity aroma, plenty of rice flavor and sweetness, with a pleasant bitterness and a hint of sourness, very tasty 😋!
The fruity aroma was accompanied by an alcoholic feeling that came through the nose, and the aftertaste was refreshing and clean.
Thanks to the waiter who recommended this 🍶 🙂↕️‼︎
We enjoyed it very much 🍶.
Shinshu Meijo Junmai Ginjyo "Ting" Summer/Origarami
It is a little sweet, but it is not clingy and easy to drink.
It has a good sharpness and is easy to drink.
In izakaya on a business trip to Ueda 🤓.
After 🍺, I immediately went for sake.
Ding.
This is a popular local sake from Ueda.
It has little acidity, but it is not fruity, but it has a crisp finish with no lingering sweetness despite its strong sweetness and flavor.

Ding Junmai Ginjo Natsu Oorigarami 1800ml
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content 16
A friend in Tokyo bought this at Koyama Shoten and brought it with her.
There is also Hououmida's Yuzu-shu.
Ding is fruity and delicious. The next day, I went home with about 4 cups left over.
But it was almost 40 degrees on Sunday and I didn't want to go home, so I watched a movie and went home.
I put it in a cooler box, but the cooler was not that cold, and when I got home, the sake was at room temperature (...;).
I put it in the fridge right away, but it tasted a little bit acidic ( ;) ).
It's hard to keep track of alcohol this time of year😅.
Purchased at a liquor store's recommendation.
The first impression was sweet!
The aroma is sweet rummy.
When you drink it, you can feel the sweet rummy taste and the sourness in the back surrounded by the sweetness. It is a bit of a cloudy taste, but there is no fizzy feeling.
The aroma is somewhat mysterious, and it is a type of aroma that I have never had before. It's hard to explain...
The taste is very typical of Nagano sake (I don't know if it is or not), but it is very rich.
The next day, when I drank it in a wine glass, it was pineapple! It smells like pineapple and tastes like pineapple. The bitterness also increased. I think it has a very strong flavor for a summer wine.
It is tasty, but a little sweet for my taste, so I enjoyed it with a small snack.
Good evening, Mr. Kotaro.
I would like to try Ding, but it is not available in Kansai and I have not been able to drink it yet 😥.
I'm really curious about it because I like Ramune and 🍍😆.
It is a summer sake from Ding: ❗️
The aroma is subdued.
No sourness even though it is a summer sake.
The sweetness is moderate and is cut off by a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
The sweetness is moderate and is cut off by a slight bitterness in the aftertaste👍.
The balance of the flavor is very good.
It tastes like a summer sake while having a good flavor.
It tastes very good 😊.
It is very delicious 😊.
Personally, Fukushima Prefecture was the number one production area for the sake I've had so far.
Fukushima Prefecture was No. 1, but with the new
Nagano Prefecture has replaced it as No.1 in Ding ❗️
I haven't had any sake from Fukushima recently.
I think it's time to start drinking again 🤔.
