It's a ripe melon, but the aftertaste disappears quickly. It is sweet yet refreshing. This would go great with oily food.
A modern sake that is very easy to drink.
Purchased in Utsunomiya, Tochigi. Surprised that it was still in circulation, I bought it immediately.
It has a clear melon-like aroma with an orikarami-like acidity that makes it very easy to drink. I can see why this sake is so popular.
The rice has a delicious flavor and sharpness that is outstanding. It is actually an easy-to-drink sake that does not have an alcoholic taste. Purchased in Tochigi, I wonder if it is available in Tokyo. Recommended!
This sake conveys the natural flavor and subtle sweetness of the rice to the maximum extent.
Purchased in Tochigi. It is no longer available in Tokyo, but locally it is still in circulation. This is good!
Thank you for your comment, Jay & Nobby! We didn't get to visit a famous liquor store because we had different objectives this time, but we hope to make time to visit there next time!
The melon aroma spreads in your mouth soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
It's my favorite among the recent ones. I guess that's what melting is all about. Highly recommended!
Is there alcohol? Is it sake?
It's like the really sweet part of the melon comes and immediately disappears. I wondered if this is what it meant to melt in the mouth and disappear.
It's pricey, but if you come across it, don't hesitate.
The kind that melts. The gorgeous sweetness that spreads in your mouth and disappears in the next moment. The kind that doesn't choose your meal. The best.
The Fruity. Like a melon. And yet it doesn't pull or linger. I want many people to drink this. It is one that can change the image of sake, even if only a little.
