It has a soft banana-like aroma, gentle
and refreshing acidity, and a crisp aftertaste.
A crisp aftertaste.
#Nihon-shu
Summer vegetable aroma.
Light and spodgy in the mouth.
A little bit of silky nigori.
Light sweetness. A little bitterness.
Looks like it would go well with carpaccio.

Purchased as a souvenir for myself on a business trip to Morioka.
Since I was in Iwate, I wanted to buy Iwate sake.
It was my first Hamachidori.
Drank it at a corner shop of Sakamoto Shoten in front of Morioka Station,
It was so good that I bought it.
It has a well-balanced taste with some sweetness and acidity,
It has a refreshing taste.
It is not too sweet, but has a sharpness and a short aftertaste.
It is a sake that does not interfere with food.
It goes down smoothly like a summer sake,
It was delicious.
My wife gave me a summer edition of a sake cup as a Father's Day present. I was grateful for the sake cup. I made my debut on this day with gratitude.
Hello, Shonan Han.
You need to get yourself a souvenir too: ☺️
What a nice gift from your wife for Father's Day ✨.
It's a beautiful sake cup that goes very well with summer and doubles the taste🍀.
Hi Shonan no Han-san, Hi ☺️ I envy you for taking a corner at Sakamoto Shoten ✨The staff is polite and kind, and it's great that you can bring your own food. I would like to go back to this store.
Hankyu Department Store Tasting (2)
We tasted Hamachidori, which we had never drunk before.
Mr. bouken didn't drink it, but he was looking at it from a high position 🤣.
Hamachidori Junmai-shu
It has a moderate acidity of rice, a gentle sweetness, and a slight umami flavor. It is an orthodox Junmai sake.
The person who served us was not very friendly, so we drank two other kinds of sake, but I forgot to take pictures of them, so I'll skip them 🙏.
We quickly drank and moved on to our next destination.
On the way, we stopped at a very stylish cafe-like liquor store that bouken had been curious about.
It was not an atmosphere that an old man with a backpack could enter, but we asked him to come in and show us his drink 😁.
I thought I had seen the lady at the reception desk before, and she was the one who had advertised at the previous Ogimachi Park event.
Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi 😃.
I didn't drink because the waitress who looked like Naoko Ken looked unfriendly and I had already had the raw sake so I didn't drink 💦.
I was half forced to drink it, sorry 🙇.
Hi bouken 😃I thought you were holding back because you have another one coming up, but you guessed right 😳The clerk wasn't very friendly, so I was like, well, okay 🤣.
Sake from a brewery in Kamaishi recommended at a tavern in Morioka City.
It has a light and refreshing flavor, but the umami and acidity slowly come up in good balance!
It went well with raw oysters and bonito sashimi.
Grandma Mama's Group Story #4
The grandmothers, as soon as they entered the restaurant, they were all excited to get on the gas and get going. They were as excited as they were when they were working, and they said, "Oh no, the most exciting thing we talked about at the pub was 💩! The content of the conversation was no different from 30 years ago...
This kind of socializing is too enviable.
Hamachidori is also a first for me.
I don't feel much of the scent, but it has a crisp, dry taste with a hint of umami. It has a classical taste, but it is a delicious sake that has enough of what you want.
Around this time, karaoke started, and we sang "Island Blues" over Hamachidori, and the night went on.
Thank you very much for the dinner!
Terroir community-building sake brewed with Iwate-grown rice suitable for sake, Ginga, brewed with Iwate-grown yeast and water from the Genzui district of Otsuchi-cho. Support.
Hamachidori Special Junmai Sake from Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture, is my favorite sake that I have been drinking for about 5 years now.
The rice used has been changed from Miyamanishiki to Ginga since last year.
It has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami, and has a very deep flavor that reminds me of whiskey or brandy. I drank this sake cold, but it is also delicious warmed.
Brewed with Otsuchi-produced Ginga and spring water from the Gensui district of Otsuchi Town.
It is said to be a sake to promote the local community.
It has a light, refreshing taste that is typical of summer sake.
The lemon-like acidity is refreshing and the taste of rice is refreshing.
Slightly chemical banana-like aroma.
It tastes like delicious natural water.
