The rice is Gin Ginga from Otsuchi and the yeast is Yuko no Souri from Iwate, so it is an all-Iwate sake.
When you drink it, you first taste sweetness. Then, the acidity is felt. The aroma is fruity and quite strong. The sweetness lingers in the aftertaste.
