It looks like sake breweries that were affected by the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami got together to make this sake 🍶.
The rice and yeast are all from Iwate 🌾.
It's crisp and dry 🍶 ‼️
It's perfect as a food sake. 👌🏻
It's a beautiful, clean sake with no clutter 🍶✨✨✨.
Rikuchu tasted sake from Kamaishi.
We drank an unfiltered sake, but it was quite drinkable. It was quite rich for a northern sake.
It was a truly delicious sake with more umami in the mouth than we expected.
Ichinoseki!
I'm going to finish off my solo trip to Tohoku with Hamachidori, which was delicious. Yesterday's sake was better, but this one was good enough too.
The last day was tough with rain, snow, and arale, but generally you were drunk. We couldn't make the izakaya bullet train back home, so hotachi and tako-wasabi became our snacks at home.
I wonder when I can take a carefree solo trip next. I want to go to the Sea of Japan side.
Morioka!
Haruru I was wondering about. Nice restaurant!
Start with a set for dinner. We are on the offensive in Iwate.
Hamachidori drinks at a dirty w restaurant in Hachioji, but this is my first time at such a beautiful restaurant.
It smells so good. It is delicious. It's firm and solid. There's nothing to ask for. I want to take it home with me. I don't have time to visit all the liquor stores.
I wonder if they sell it somewhere.
I got it at an izakaya called Ikesu in Hachioji, which is aimed at the enthusiast.
Junmai Daiginjo from Hamachidori
A limited edition sake made by Hamachidori Shuzo in Iwate Prefecture for the Ikesu no Taisho.
The brewery also makes a light dry sake, but the Junmai Tornado was a delicious sake with a full-bodied flavor and depth.
There were also many non-major sakes, all of which were draft sake.
