Tonight we had #Hama Chidori Junmai Light Nigori Nama Sake from Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture. The aroma is softly banana-like. The orikori was a little more than usual. Maybe that's why it was juicy. Since it has been extremely hot, we drank it on the rocks and enjoyed it very much.

Izakaya Shinkansen🚄! I drank Hamachidori that I bought as a souvenir for my father. It's not heavy but firm, not light but firm, not sour, not too sweet, delicious. I wish it was available closer to home. Two beers too 🍻 I thought it was a real bear beer 🐻 Kumamoto, which seems to be a region in trouble with bears! Mater beer. Tetsuro wanted to be in a machine body, but I felt Mater raw (beer). It was nice and shwashy. In Morioka, they were still selling liver sashimi. I hadn't had liver sashimi in a long time, and it tasted great. It was a mushroom made like liver sashimi....

With friends from Kyushu training program 🍻. A bottle from Iwate Prefecture 🍶. It was one of the best bottles of the day 🍶. I was thrilled to find the sake I wanted to try ‼️, but I was also surprised at how good it was 😲 It has a strong flavor and is not cloying 😋. I had the tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen from the original Nagahamaya that I had longed for 🍜😆 I chose "kata" for the hardness of the noodles, as I couldn't go for "nama" at first! So happy 😆.

Good evening, Mr. Noodle King 🌛. I went to "Ganso Nagahamaya" 🍜 almost 20 years ago. I went there almost 20 years ago and remember the smell of "Han" inside the restaurant 🤣. I heard that the temperature in Hokkaido can get up to 40 degrees Celsius, so please take care of yourself and your family!

Posting No. 521 This sake is made from 100% Gin Ginga produced in Otsuchi-cho, Iwate Prefecture. It has a rich flavor typical of Yamahai. The aftertaste is very long and lingers for a while. It has a strong acidity and sweetness. Pairing with Ate Mambo Chagama◎ Vinegared fried noodles Tofu with sweet bean curd◯+ Personal preference★★★★+☆

Lightly cloudy. Sweet taste. At first it smelled like alcohol, but after a little while it became unnoticeable. Nama-zake. It feels rough on the tongue. It tastes better on the second day. Tasty.

Hamachidori Hamachidori Junmai Light Nigori Nama Sake This brewery is located in Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture. It is made from 60% polished rice of "Ginga no Shizuku" grown in Iwate Prefecture. It is more like "orikarami" than "light nigori". Fresh and mellow aroma, soft rice flavor, Gentle acidity and a clean finish. #Nihon-shu
