Forgot to post, Year-End Party. It's been two years since the end of Corona, and I don't know what it is, but I've been drinking out a lot. The party started with complaining, but the old people couldn't stop talking about their grandchildren and other things they wanted to do in the future.
We decided to drink more and more of a certain kind of sake, and this was the next one.
It has a beautiful aftertaste with a rich acidity from the Yamahai method. It has a beautiful aftertaste and a delicious taste.
Liquor Shop Okayama Tasting Yield ⑭
The brewery specializes in Yamahai, and it is freshly squeezed.
It is a freshly brewed sake.
It has a voluminous, yet mellow yamahai with a hint of lactic acidity and a bit of chocolateiness.
It has a rich and full flavor, and is delicious even if it is not modern.
Jokigen is another brewery with a stable flavor.
Liquor Shop Okayama Tasting ⑫
Jokigen, which I feel like drinking after a long time
Rice: Gohyakumangoku
Rice polishing ratio 65%, Sake degree +3, Alcohol 18
It's easy to drink, sweet and a little heavy despite being a Yamahai.
It has a strong umami taste.
I'd like to try more of them.
Temperature 5°C
Taste 80
Color: Orangey in the picture, but yellowish.
Nose: Fresh, clean, and sweet at first. The remaining aroma is sweeter and stronger.
Taste: Sour and pungent on the palate, with a bitter aftertaste. The aftertaste is sweet.
Overall impression: The acidity and bitterness make the sweetness less noticeable, but it is quite sweet, so it feels heavy and boring.
