I bought this at Osaka Kansai International Airport, I simply purchased the most expensive one assuming it tastes good. Really the sake smell fresh and sweet, at first sip, it tastes so fruity and sweet, strong mellow, long after taste. Not very alcoholic. So good!

Bought a small bottle of this Japanese sake, crab and fruit platter from the supermarket as night snack during our trip in Osaka. I simply picked the most expensive one, which is 1500 yen. It tastes very fruity and sweet, more to light body, while it still remains very rich aroma and mellow. Very surprise to me! Perfect match for the food 🥰

Can’t find Jikon anywhere in Japan but I saw it in CitySuper supermarket in Hong Kong! The price is HKD$790 I heard from my friend that it was similar in Japan while it is so hard to find. Tasted it a week after I purchased. It smells normal with floral tone and I did not have strong expectation, while I tasted it in first sip, it was super sweet with strong citrusy and rice aroma, yet the body is medium, which make it very unique! Love it!

After purchasing this sake half year ago at 三重縣 when i was in a trip to Japan, I found this sake again in Sogo department store in Hong Kong so I bought it without second thought. It still smells fruity, tasted very sweet, thick texture and long mellow. Still a very high quality and best sake among the Zaku sake family!

Attracted by the label design, of which it has 3 different bottles. I chose the one called 陽酒. Appearance: Very subtly light yellow Aroma: Fruity aroma with a hint of apple Taste: Elegant sweetness and slight acidity with thick and clean body Finish: Medium and still maintain umami for a while Overall: This sake is as elegant as its label design, suitable for tasting in a quiet and focused environment. ❤️

Smell like pear, taste very sweet and rich, also very strong rice taste. A bit feel like yogurt as well. Very surprised! I picked this because it said it use 山田錦 rice to make. I think its a bit elegant to eat with nice sushi 🍣

Very special bottle design, simple and modern unlike normal japanese sake. It smell floral and easygoing. It also tastes similar, not heavily alcoholic, it is lightly sweet, a little bit feel like drinking bubble but it does not contain any gas. It is medium body, and relatively strong mellow. Suitable for drinking at home casually.

I have heard about the good of this brand for a long time, finally I saw it in Don Don Donki and can’t help to buy it. When I pour it out it has a very light yellow color, i can smell the alcohol and the rice aroma. When I drink it, it has strong sweetness of rice taste, and soft body, medium mellow, the taste stays in the mouth for a while. Definitely will try other type of sake from this brand later!

I bought this at 伊勢內神官’s market, I didn’t know how it taste, I bought this simply because the shop had a note saying it has the top sweetness and top mellow. When I brought it home to Hong Kong and drank it at home, it was really really sweet like honey, smell super fruity, rich body and mellow that it stays in my mouth for a very long time! Such a surprise and is 100% the type of sake I love! ❤️

I bought it in B2F at 名古屋高島屋, because I have heard that 伊賀半藏酒廠 has a long history of producing sake，while this 300ml 辛口 is the only thing I can find so far。It tastes strong mallow, 清香淡雅, nice rice aroma, smooth body, and not expensive at all. Very suitable for casual drink.

I found it for so long, and saw this in a shop in front of 伊勢神宮. It did not surprise me a lot, it tastes slightly sour and rich mellow. It also feel a bit 炭酸 although it does not contain any bubbles interestingly. Not exactly the type of sake I like, I will try 酒未來next time if I have the opportunity.

I asked the staff which sake is more 甘口 and he recommended this to me. A sake coming from hokkaido, which matches with the sashimi they serve, also mostly from hokkaido. The sake taste sweet as the staff described, strong mellow, the taste stay in my mouth for a while. Very nice to drink with nice omekase!
