Year-end party, forget about posting. A wonderful sake with the hope that customers, restaurants, liquor stores, brewers, and toji can enjoy a dignified relationship. The one that has many opportunities to be drunk in restaurants. Kurumata-san, a brewery that is also active in supporting Noto. Kaga Kikusyu, as is typical of the mainstream Yamahai brewing method, comes on strong and finishes with a good acidity. It is a gem that showcases the skill of the Noto toji.

Forgot to post, Year-End Party. It's been two years since the end of Corona, and I don't know what it is, but I've been drinking out a lot. The party started with complaining, but the old people couldn't stop talking about their grandchildren and other things they wanted to do in the future. We decided to drink more and more of a certain kind of sake, and this was the next one. It has a beautiful aftertaste with a rich acidity from the Yamahai method. It has a beautiful aftertaste and a delicious taste.

Forgetting to give a year-end party. If you ask me what to drink, this is the best local sake. No doubt about it. This day was an alumni meeting of the company. The sake was served with a side dish of glitches from all over the place. It has a gorgeous aroma that is typical of daiginjos. The taste is slightly sweet and rice-like. Come to think of it, we don't see many chutori and blames.

Good evening, WOM 😃. Complaining about glitches and such makes the booze go up 😋, even though sometimes it makes me feel bad 😆.

Thank you, Jay & Nobby. It's like there's nothing left but bad drunkenness now, but it was a surprisingly good drink, mixed with the occasional grandchild or some kind of aspiration for the future.
