Yasubeyes' warehouse opening party (5)
Comparison of different brands from the same brewery. KIYAMASA SAKE Brewery in Nabari City, Mie Prefecture.
I drink a lot of Jikin, but this was the first time for me to try Takasago.
Takasago Junmai Daiginjo Hi-ire
The sweetness and umami are mild and balanced without being showy, and the aftertaste is a bit dry and refreshing. It has a slightly sour and refreshing aftertaste. Everyone thought it was better suited as a food sake.
In terms of specifications, the Nabari is more polished and uses Yamadanishiki, but again, I am a commoner who wants to talk about the price.
When you compare them, it is easy to compare them, but they are both wonderful sake.
If I had to choose, I would personally choose the Jikin, but I guess it is really a matter of taste.
