The aroma is gorgeous and muscat-like, as it is from the same brewery as Jikin.
When you drink it, the sweetness is much more subdued than the aroma.
This is delicious in its own way.
Today, I went to Nabari on business.
After finishing my business, I went on a pilgrimage to the Kiyamasa Sake Brewery, which is famous for Jikin in Nabari.
After that, we went to a restaurant in front of Nabari station for a lunchtime drink.
The first drink I had was Takasago, a local brand of the Kiyamasa Brewery.
It was a refined, mildly sweet and delicious sake, though not as flashy as Jikin. 🙆♂️
It was delicious!
Hello, Mr. Tatsuko!
Thank you for your business 🍀.
It's one of the pleasures of having local sake while out and about 😁✨✨.
And Takasago, it has a different flavor from Jikin 😋!
Hi ma-ki-!
Thank you 😊
I like to drink local sake, so if anything, I came here with the feeling that this is the main event rather than an errand lol.
Jikin and Takasago each have their own merits: ☺️
I saw your post about how you are enjoying Halloween and I regret a bit that my Halloween ended in September 🤣🤣.
Tomorrow is November and I have a lot of exciting events like exams, medical checkups, and work related trips 😅.
I used to study with sake in my hand 😁I just get sleepy when I don't feel like doing anything 🤣I'm going to spend my mornings and evenings at McDonald's (McD in Kansai 😅).
Well, I've written about whatever came to mind, but this time I'm going to visit Mr. Takasago from the Kiyamasa Sake Brewery of Jikin 😍.
It has a banana🍌-like aroma with a hint of gas. The mouthfeel is gentle, with a refreshing umami and a citrus-like acidity that is gradually felt. It is a refreshing sake with no bitterness. The nose also has hints of banana and melon.
On the third day, the gas disappears and the sweetness becomes stronger, and it is easy to drink with a clear sweet flavor and refreshing acidity 😁.
I think the price is calm among junmai daiginjos and it was delicious, but I don't think I will repeat it because there are many cheap and good sake 🤔.
Good evening ichiro18 😌.
November is very busy month for you 😭
Take care of yourself😭
I've been wanting to try Takasago once, so thanks for the review: ☺️✨
I've seen it around every once in a while but I've never gotten around to it because it's too unknown 😂.
Good evening, Afio 😃.
Thank you 😊I'm going to try to restrain myself from drinking so I don't get caught up on my health check 🤣I also bought it once I tried it ✨.
It's a test of things 🥰.
Hello ichiro18 🐦.
November is a tough month 😳💦 you have a lot to overcome, take good care of yourself 🙏.
I'm sure you'll have a good drink to get you through the month before the exciting events 😉👍
Hello, ichiro18!
November is full of events 🎵
I'm so impressed and respect you for your study ✨
Takasago sanji has a different taste from what we have now 😋.
I'm looking forward to seeing you in November ✊.
Good evening, Pon 😃.
I'm in a drinking crisis 🤣I didn't know health checkups were this exciting 😅 and I'm ready to break the cycle of drinking a cup a day (but if the fridge is full, I have to drink 🤣) I think I'm a bit ready to break the cycle.
Good evening, ma-ki-San 😃
I'm afraid to say that I respect you 😅I'm following the example of ma-ki- who was the first one to comment, so I'm trying to get around left and right 😥Takasago is delicious, but now I understand how popular it is.
Alcoholic, followed by a grapefruit aroma🍊.
On the palate, grapefruit and grape sweetness come to the rounded mouthfeel and flow with a little weak acidity 🍊🍇🌾.
This... is the strongest of these cosmetics 😳💦.
It's so good that some people might say this sake is good for life 😋😭I'm looking forward to other temperatures too ✨☺️
At the launch of a field day.
It was more like a Japanese sake than a fruity sake! I thought it might not be my favorite, but as we drank it, it became delicious and we both finished a bottle.
My favorite level:★★★⭐︎⭐︎
9.7
The top aroma is fresh and muscat-like, with a moderate sweetness.
In the mouth, a fresh, mellow, muscat-like sweetness spreads. At the same time, there are hints of sourness, astringency, and bitterness (like grape skins). (like grape skins) spreads and finishes quickly.
It is good on its own or during a meal, but it is the type that you get tired of drinking, and after drinking it for a while, you start to feel a strong sense of alcohol, but it is still quite good.
It is also pineapple-like when the temperature rises.
Ingredients: Yamadanishiki

Alcohol content: 15.5%.
I went into the Sake Merchant Yamada to celebrate their opening, and they just happened to have it! Normally I wouldn't buy it, but on days like this I do! I want to drink Jikin eventually, but that's it. It's a once in a lifetime encounter, so if you come across it, drink it! Here we go!
Gentle, sweet aroma of grapes gently wafts through the air. It has a slightly hard and gentle mouthfeel, refined without any cloying taste, with a carbonated dryness, a moderate banana sweetness and umami taste that are well integrated. There are not many sake made with Yamada-Nishiki that are so refined and free of clutter. The spiciness is modest, but it also penetrates the back of the throat when swallowed. It is a modern dry sake like Gagakuyo. But these days, I find it sweet and fruity. I wonder what direction my tastes will take. Thank you again for the food tonight!
This is the first time I bought another brand from the same place that makes Jikin.
I opened this one as a commemoration of the victory of jockey Prince Miura in his 127th G1 finally!
It is a classic type of wine in taste, and it has a profound feeling and is suitable as a food wine.
Finally, congratulations to Muller on his first G1!
★★★
Takasago Junmai Daiginjo Hi-iri.
A bottle of Junmai Daiginjo Hi-iri from Takasago, another brand of Kiyamasa Shuzo, which brews Jikin.
It has an aroma like a ripe banana and a clear taste without any clutter on the palate. The palate is full of elegant sweetness and depth of flavor. The beautiful acidity and tight bitterness firmly adorn the aftertaste. It is the quintessence of Takasago, with a good sense of balance as a food sake!
Kiyamasa Shuzo's "Takasago Matsukizuru Junmai Daiginjo Hi-ire
Kiyamasa Shuzo was founded in the middle of Edo period in 1818.
Before "Jikin" was created, Kiyamasa Shuzo produced "Takasago.
However, there are many brands and breweries of "Takasago" throughout Japan (such as Takasago Shuzo in Hokkaido and Fuji-Takasago Shuzo in Shizuoka Prefecture), and to avoid confusion, "Jikin" was created as a firm brand of the Kiyamasa Shuzo brewery.
We started brewing the "Takasago" brand as a new challenging sake different from "Jikin". We are pleased to announce that we are now selling sake made by taking on new challenges in yeast and production methods under the traditional "Takasago" brand, separately from the "Jikin" brand.
The brewer, water, and environment are the same, so we hope that our customers will be able to experience the unique characteristics of Kiyamasa Sake Brewery beyond the yeast and production method.
This is a new product brewed with a kimoto (sake mother) in a "wooden vat" that was introduced last year.
It has a grape-like flavor typical of Kumamoto No. 9 yeast, a concentrated and powerful umami, and a smooth and refreshing finish.
We hope you will enjoy it at your special dinner party.

Forgot to leave a log.
It seems to be a new product from the company that makes Jikin.
My impression is that it is not as floral as Jikin,
It has a gentle, clean aroma of rice,
The taste of rice is light and delicious,
It has a clear mouthfeel with no cloying taste.
It is a clear drink with no cloying taste, and it pulls out easily.
I thought it was a sake for a mealtime drink.
Taste level 3.5/5
I bought this sake 🍶 on a trip to Mie.
The shopkeeper recommended this sake because it was made by the Jikin sake brewery ✨.
It's junodai but you can really taste the rice flavor and it's delicious 😋.
It's a rare sake because it's not sold near me 🤭.
Good evening, PUCHI-san!
It's nice to be able to enjoy the sake you brought along on your trip with your memories 🎵.
Takasago, which I also had for the first time this year, is a delicious sake that is great on its own or with a meal 😋.
