Another brand of Sentori. I've never seen it before!
I bought it when Tochigi prefecture opened an antenna store in Umeda for a limited time. They were selling lemon milk and Utsunomiya gyoza (dumplings), but they also had sake such as Amataka, Kaika, and Shikizakura.
It was sweet and sour, fresh and sweet. It was a little tame, but it still had the Sentori character, even if the name was different.
I heard they also have a draft of this, and I'm sure it's delicious.

I bought this Kirifuri at a local supermarket. It's a special junmai hi-iru, about 1300 yen. The polish is junmai daiginjo level.
It's still delicious, with a strong acidity and muscat aroma, just like Sentori! Kirifuri Ume!
We were going to take a trip to Wakayama 🍊
It was cancelled due to a child's injury💧.
I was planning to stop by a liquor store on the way to buy a lot of sake on the way home 😭 lol
...Anyway, I opened a bottle of this Kirifuri as if I was in Nikko❗️.
It's fire-aged and can be stored at room temperature ✨(the keeper of the fridge won't get mad at me ❗️ lol)
The taste is delicious as well 🍶, just like SENKYO!
And even though it's been a few months since I bought it...
It still has that schwashy feeling 😎.
I'm running out of stock, so I'm going to buy some more 🥳.

I had never seen Senkin's fresh sake on the shelves, so I bought it out of curiosity.
It has a pleasant sweetness in the mouth, but after it clears the throat, there is no sweetness in the aftertaste.
It is very good for resetting the palate after eating food.
I think it is a great food sake.

Almost no aroma?
Strong acidity, but when swallowed, it tastes like peaches! 🍑.
The rice polishing ratio is the same as the Junmai Daiginjo I just had, but the taste is totally different... amazing! 😳
It will be fun to find local brands of famous brands ☺️.
