It started with a conversation about a sake-loving daughter (in her 20s) at a friend's workplace. After some discussion, we decided to hold the event at our house. Since it was a special opportunity, I asked Kazkaz and Sashu to join us. OK! There were 8 of us, but my wife was cooking, so there were actually 7 of us. The first bottle was Kirifuri, a gift from Mr. Kazkaz. It is said to be a distributed version of Sentori in Tochigi Prefecture, and naturally, the taste is just like Sentori! The balance of sweetness and sourness with a little bit of gas, and the crispness of the aftertaste.... It's so good! It is available at a local supermarket at a reasonable price. Thanks for the treat!

Good evening Colonel Lal 😃. I saw your post on Sashiu's post and it is a wonderful hospitality party 🥹. Tochigi souvenirs from Kirifuri-san ‼️ are delicious 😋. What a pleasure to have Tochigi sake as the top batter 🤗.

Colonel Lal Good evening (^o^) and thank you so much for your help. It was fun. And the Sentori Kirifuki was really delicious. It is the best as a starting sake.

Colonel Lal, good evening 🌇. I also found out from Sashiu's post that you can invite that many people because you have a spacious house and a wife who is a great cook 😊. I am so envious of you👍

Good evening, Mr. Sashu 😁. The gasiness, the lightness of the acidity, and the moderate umami, all of them were the best solution for that lineup 🤘.

Hi Chichi, good evening 😁. No, it's a remodeled apartment of the original structure, so it's almost a living room house 😅. To be honest, less than 10 people is not even a big group 🤯, but I think my wife must be quite tired after cooking 🤘.
