I finally got a bottle of this once-every-four-years treat out of the bottle.
We will enjoy it while regretting the end of the Olympics 🍶.
Gold and silver are the special varieties that are brewed only during the Olympic year.
Silver came to our house.
The appearance is a yellow-green with a haze of misty tailings.
The aroma is clean, fresh and gorgeous.
Yellow apples, pears, blue melon, bananas, and other aromas are gorgeously fragrant, while there are nuances of koji and fresh rice aroma like white dumplings.
The texture is smooth and smooth.
A very faintly gaseous stimulation.
The first touch of soft apple and fruity sweetness is intense.
The round, fine acidity spreads gently with a slight bitterness that is typical of orikarami, and mixes with the fruity sweetness and plump rice flavor.

Yes, we are in the middle of the Olympics.
I'm having trouble sleeping because of all the exciting competitions, whether we win or lose.
We are thankful that we can drink it while watching the Olympics, and we opened a bottle of "Sagami Silver" at the "Kiri" number.
We drink it cold.
The color is a faint yellowish-white, and it is cloudy with lees.
The aroma is rich, sweet, and citrusy, like ripe fruit.
The mouthfeel is a little tart on the tongue and slightly gassy.
The palate has a rich, rich flavor with a hint of acidity and sweetness that is well integrated. The aftertaste has a slight bitterness, which is followed by a slight bitterness, and then it finishes with a refreshing finish.
Oh, it's all in order 👍.

Wow, this is gorgeous and fruity ❣️
It has a deep sweet and sour taste like a ripe pineapple.
It spreads out slowly 〰︎
But it is more intense than the pineapple
But it is more intense than the pineapple you feel from Hanaoyokasu.
It also seems to be thicker
And it has more sweetness, umami, acidity, etc. than when the bottle was opened.
Sweetness, umami, sourness, etc. all become one
