Aroma: A pungent aroma that hits the nose. The fruity attack is delicious, isn't it? But then the miscellaneous flavors attack with a gusto.
The lingering aftertaste is just the right length. It leaves a fluffy umami taste, but it is not unpleasant.
I am satisfied with this unique taste. ☺️

This is the second Imi following the Special Junmai, a low-polished BLACK that seems to have been produced for the first time in 10 years!
The special junmai was quite sweet, but the sweetness was much more restrained compared to the special junmai.
In other words, it is a light sweet sake.
The sweet and juicy flavor of the deepest type is somewhat reminiscent of the sweet and juicy flavor of the "Bi", and it can be asserted without being too prominent in a meal.
It doesn't have the complexity of a low-polished rice.
I prefer it to Tokusyu Junmai.

I had been curious about this wine for a while, and today I got it and enjoyed it immediately.
I had enjoyed the previous bottle, so I had high expectations for this one, but it was a little different from what I had imagined.
I thought that my favorite flavor was white, so if it had been white, I might have liked it, but as the description says, the black one seems to have not been produced in 10 years, so I chose this one because of its rarity.
This sake also has a delicious rice flavor and a strong sharpness, but personally, I would have liked a little more acidity.
Well, well, well... I got the bottle this year, too, so I can open the bottle without any worries.
Starting with Gin-Sen, Toku-Jun, Jun-Gin, White, and BLACK, we have 5 bottles. I heard that there will be another one next month, so if I can get that one, I will be able to open a complete bottle.
