This time we were served "Imi Tokujun 15" ✨.
The sweet aroma that wafts softly from the moment it is poured into the glass is fruity, reminiscent of strawberries🍓.
It has a fruity freshness and prettiness, and the anticipation is high even before you drink it.
In the mouth, the aroma spreads directly to the flavor, and the sweetness and umami are in perfect harmony.
While it has a strong, full-bodied flavor, the aftertaste is light and elegant, and disappears without a hitch.
It was truly "sweet and delicious! is the only word that comes to mind.
It was gorgeous and fruity, yet still had the depth that is typical of Japanese sake ✨.
This is a limited edition sake from Imi that has been sitting for almost 2 years 🍶.
I wondered if it was safe to leave it so long even though it was a draft sake.
I wondered if it was safe to leave it so long 🍾 and opened the bottle this year on its 133rd anniversary.
It's a little sweet because it's been left too long, but it's still delicious 😋.
The label is also playful and nice.
It is a gift, but a rare one from a rare brand, thank you very much 🙏.
I know it's hard to make sake in a small brewery, but please do your best for the 141st anniversary: ‼️

At Sakeiki Daigo, No.2
Next, we had a WHITE Sake from Imi.
I ordered it myself, but my partner drank most of it because he said it was so good 😅I had a little bit of the leftover Sagami, which had a good balance of sweetness and sourness 😊and a clean aftertaste 😚👍✨My partner seemed to prefer it to Jigin 🥳.
I can't really describe the taste, as it comes suddenly with a gusto of sweetness, followed by a sharp and somewhat dry taste.
I think it is a little too sweet for me.
Brought it to a dinner party with relatives gathered for the Obon vacation 🤗.
The koji aroma is rich and sweet with a drop of melon-like flavor. It was a delicious sake with a refreshing aftertaste due to the acidity characteristic of white malted rice 😉.
I received an annual gift, and this year I received an injection beauty.
As an archer, I couldn't help but check out the name of this sake.
It has a very clear appearance, and from the moment it is poured into the glass, a gorgeous daiginjo aroma rises. It is surprising that this aroma can be produced with a rice polishing ratio of 60%.
The sweetness of the rice in the mouth reveals the quality of the rice and water. That is why we can understand that this aroma can be produced at this rice polishing ratio.
The sake level is not stated, but it is expected to be slightly sweet, or minus 1, as is the trend, and the lingering aftertaste makes it clearly a sake that you want to drink mainly.
If we talk about it in terms of Kyudo (Japanese archery), it is a wonderful shot with a beautiful Zanshin (lingering spirit) and eight stanzas as per the instruction book, which is made possible by the firm body structure.
It's been a long time since I've seen this.
It seems to be strawberry, but I couldn't understand it well. The flavor left in the mouth is slightly strawberry syrupy.
Dark, sweet, and sour flavors run rampant in the mouth.
I got it as a hidden menu item at my favorite restaurant 🍶😀 It was a versatile sake with both a robust taste of rice and a little sweetness+sweetness of the current style.
First "🎊"🎊
Sweet and fresh aroma like apple 🍎.
Gentle sweetness and pungent spiciness 😆.
Surprisingly refreshing 😲.
The spicy aftertaste lingers until the end. 👍️
Tochigi Prefectural Association Summer Banquet 🍉 After Party
We entered the restaurant hoping to have a few more drinks... but it was the last order at closing time ⁈🍶The whole place was expensive and we were almost sobering up🙄.
The sweetness was delicious 🥰The mellow yet moderate acidity was nice, and the sweetness didn't drag on 🥰.
I was so happy to be able to share the sake with everyone 😚.
The second one, I've never had it before... but isn't it a bottle of Kuroryu Hiiraju? Nice atmosphere, drunkenness and good water 😆.
💘
I heard they officially carry Imi (I've been allowed to sneak a sip before, but of course you have to pay for it), so I had to drink it 😊.
It was sweet and refreshing, similar in genre but more distinct than Shinshu Kamerei. It's very, very good 😋 Will there ever come a day when I can buy it in bottles?
While I'm on the subject of sweetness, here's another juicy malic from Kame-no-umi that I was allowed to drink before it went on sale (for a fee, of course). It's like wine. The low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink and it was gone in no time. The one I had before was so rich that I thought it might be too much for a four-pack, but this one, which has been improved, can go as much as I want. I wonder where it is sold.
I was able to buy the SEA, but the timing was not right for the Jade. Compared to the first two, it has more acidity. I thought it was a beautiful sake.
We drank 5 glasses from 6:30pm and left at 7:30pm. A mature way to drink, right? 🤣
Good morning, chika and ma-ki🌞.
It's a comic theater 😊I haven't gotten to know them well enough to ask them to sell it to me in bottles 💦I wonder if they have it if I go to the liquor store where this store distributes alcohol. But it's too far away...
I was curious about it and bought it but did not open it for a long time. Since I didn't finish work that early, I matched it with a ready-made sake. It was a good sake with a rich flavor.
