Third drink in the record of drinking out
This is my first time drinking it.
It is a dry, modern style with a touch of classicism.
It is good as a food wine!
It's time to look outside the prefecture as we've run out of Kumamoto sake
Only one glass of shot beauty.
This is still my favorite one ❤️
Pineapple type 🍍.
Saikyo-yaki and nigirizushi for the end 🍣.
Time for all-you-can-drink is almost up!
Sorry for the rush order, but I still have more things to drink 🙇.

The Kumamoto series is over and we go to the whole country. Gifu's Sagemi. I often see it at Sake-no-wa, but have never had much of it. This one is delicious.
☀️
Clean and refreshing, like a clear stream.
The sweetness comes up later.
It was a gentle sweetness that lingered until the aftertaste 😚.
Half a krab is not half a krab 🤣.
As usual, it was an endorsement Imi-san couldn't hate.
Sake no Wa🍶.
Let's do it 💪.
Mr. Sugihara🤣.
Good evening, ichiro18 😃.
Every time you are an imi, your endorsement is very interesting 😆.
It's fire🔥 from the end 🤣.
No wonder Mr. Jive is so excited😇.
Hi Hiro 🐦.
Fire 🔥Ahahaha🤣I cried 😆I don't even get to see the shoots, but they always make me laugh with you guys😊.
Yes, I haven't heard of Hanakura in a long time 🤭.
Sake Kai [25 years tokkuri x ogawa].
Another bottle of this year's Imi. This one is much less sweet compared to the 80% polished rice (射美15), which is made with low-polished rice. However, it has a strong original flavor. If you want to pair it with a mid-meal sake, this is a good choice. 80% rice is a good technique to avoid any unpleasant taste. It is a taste that makes the food taste better.
I attended a local sake party [25 years Tokkuri x Ogawa]. It seems to be an annual event.
We drank a lot and checked in.
I'll skip the toast since I've had it before, but here it is first.
I wondered what "15" meant, and was told it was a sake that should remind you of strawberries. The sweetness and umami are irresistible, yet not cloying or cloying. It is more easy to drink than strawberry, and this year, too, the Imi ran out early. I think it was probably the highlight of this year's event.
Sweet aroma like strawberry and honey 🍓🍯.
In the mouth, the sweet aroma of honey fills your mouth with a soft mouthfeel☺️✨
The sweetness gently spreads all over the palate with a gentle acidity that makes you think this is a shot of beauty‼︎‼︎✨😊
Too good to be true❣️
The timing of the opening of the bottle was
Such a postponement!
There's a reason.
Oh, it smells so good!
A little bit cloudy
The flavor explosion
Sweetness and bitterness..,
I love it!
I love it💕
The best of the year ☝️
Imura Sake Shop, I don't remember.
Alcohol content: 16
Ibi no Homare
Rice polishing ratio: 50
The back label of Imi is a blog.
The brewer writes about his daily life and character on the back of the label, which he thinks is more interesting.
It is interesting to read it like reading a book about Noh.
The color is slightly cloudy, probably because it is unfiltered.
The sweetness spreads in the mouth at first, but it soon wears off nicely. It is easy to drink and delicious.
I wanted to read the other labels on the back of the bottle.
