Chiyonohana vs.
I got this from kino. and won it in a gara-pon.
Are they made in the same tank? And so on,
Almost the same taste,
The astringent aftertaste is impressive😅.
But I followed the advice to let it sit for a few days....
I followed his advice........
The astringent taste is reduced and the sweetness is more smooth ✨.
Personally, I preferred the Chiyonohana 😋.
They were shipping black, which is not made every year, and when I checked, it was the first time in 10 years 😲.
I was convinced it was black because low milled rice is called black rice in the sake brewing industry 😉.
According to the label on the back of the last bottle, it was brewed with brewer's alcohol and aluzome, but this time it is pure rice! I was excited 🥰.
The toji said it didn't go the way he wanted it to.
I wrote this a week later to stop reviewing just the day the bottle was opened based on the reviews of those who drank it before me 😁.
The impression is that the wine flows from a strong alcohol taste and moderate sweetness to dryness when the bottle is chilled. This is certainly different from the usual sweet sake. When the temperature rises a little, it has a strong aroma and a strong alcohol taste. It is a little heavyweight 🤔.
So I decided to drink it a week later next.
1 week later
Oh isn't it very tasty😍!
It's rounded and mildly sweet without bitterness, and it's now The Injection Beauty. It's delicious 💕
But it's 17 degrees alcohol so it's intoxicating 🍶😆.
It was a great decision to let it sit for a week 👆👆.
It has a mellow texture with little gas. However, the punch of the flavor is well pronounced. It has a distinctive flavor, but it is difficult to find foods to match it with, and I could not find any myself. I would like to try it through trial and error.
This is what I drank on my father's birthday the other day! A special Junmai sake from Sake Tomo, a friend of mine gave it to me😄I am happy to have this for such a special occasion.
The aroma is fruity! Peachy, apple-like, with a hint of sourness. It also has a hint of refined sugar. When you drink it, you will find that it has the unique "sweet, delicious, and fruity" characteristics of Imi. The sweetness is more like syrup than sugar. The sweetness is not so sweet with some bitterness and sourness at the end. The aftertaste is well balanced. My father was also pleased with it.
On the back label, there is a note that the current Toji's father passed away... I wonder if it is some kind of coincidence that I drink it on his birthday. I hope my father will live as long as possible.
Good evening, Mr. Sashu 😊.
Happy birthday to your father 🎂🎉!
Special pure ✨ of the shot beauty ✨I'm glad your father is happy too ☺️ this back label...my father passed away suddenly too and it's like how my brother felt at that time 🥲....
Thank you, Tsubu! I'm glad my father enjoyed it. It's sweet, but not too sweet. And I see that Tsubu-chan's father was the same way... I know you write a lot of thoughts on the label of the Imi.
Happy belated birthday to your father 🎉🎂🎂!
It's nice to have a toast with your father with delicious sake 😊Please share many drinks and make lots of memories 😌.
