I found a bottle of Imi in the fridge! I had to drink it when I found it! So we ordered!
It's sweet and tasty, but has a nice sharpness. It's really good!

Today (8th), Dora went to Nagano 🚙.
The first purpose was Shinshu Kamerei's Mari label ❣️
The brewery was selling a limited edition of 700 bottles starting the day before on Friday, but to our surprise, 550 bottles were sold on Friday, a weekday this year, and only 150 bottles are left ‼️
By the time Dora-chan arrived, there was already a long line and the draft was sold out 😭.
(There seemed to be a lot of people in line who looked like C-Country people)
But they decided to sell the hi-iri ahead of schedule and we got ours safely 😆👍.
After that, we went to Shimizuya and had a bottle of Toyoka Black Label 🖤.
Then we went to Tsuchiya Sake Brewery and got a bottle of Haruura, a limited edition sake from the brewery 😆👍.

It's so light and cloudy that I can't tell if you can tell or not. As soon as I opened the bottle, I could smell the sweet aroma.
The sweetness spreads from the tip of the tongue as expected, and when it reaches the middle of the tongue, you can feel a glimpse of acidity.
The sweetness spreads on the tongue like a sweet mango to me. And at the back of the tongue, an indistinct astringent bitterness. The complex flavor remains.
As it cools down, it becomes even sweeter and mellower 😘.
On the back label, there is something a little curious.
Sugihara-san and his son have been brewing sake together, and his father, Shoji Sugihara, passed away.
We are grateful for the delicious sake we have received and pray for his soul rest in peace.

Second time for me ✨ still delicious! Sake with a deep 😋 flavor and good balance. It is refreshing, yet has a soft sweetness that tastes tender in the mouth. 👍
