Yes, this is "Sagemi WHITE" which has been lying around for about half a year since we bought it at Mystery Cheezya.
We will drink it cold.
When I opened the bottle, I heard a small gas sound.
The color is quite pale and slightly cloudy.
The top aroma is mild and not very noticeable.
The mouthfeel is a little smooth on the tongue, and then flows smoothly down the throat.
The taste has a sweetness derived from the flavor of the rice, and a slight citrusy, refreshing acidity. The acidity is mixed with umami and sweetness, and the mellowness and crispness are both present.
The aroma that passes through the nose is fruity and grapefruity.
The complexity of the refreshing yet fruity taste, a hint of citric acidity, and a hint of sweetness is interesting.
The label on the back of the bottle says that the koji used is all white koji and that it did not turn out as expected.
