Tochigi Prefectural Association Summer Banquet 🍉 After Party
We entered the restaurant hoping to have a few more drinks... but it was the last order at closing time ⁈🍶The whole place was expensive and we were almost sobering up🙄.
The sweetness was delicious 🥰The mellow yet moderate acidity was nice, and the sweetness didn't drag on 🥰.
I was so happy to be able to share the sake with everyone 😚.
The second one, I've never had it before... but isn't it a bottle of Kuroryu Hiiraju? Nice atmosphere, drunkenness and good water 😆.

I heard they officially carry Imi (I've been allowed to sneak a sip before, but of course you have to pay for it), so I had to drink it 😊.
It was sweet and refreshing, similar in genre but more distinct than Shinshu Kamerei. It's very, very good 😋 Will there ever come a day when I can buy it in bottles?
While I'm on the subject of sweetness, here's another juicy malic from Kame-no-umi that I was allowed to drink before it went on sale (for a fee, of course). It's like wine. The low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink and it was gone in no time. The one I had before was so rich that I thought it might be too much for a four-pack, but this one, which has been improved, can go as much as I want. I wonder where it is sold.
I was able to buy the SEA, but the timing was not right for the Jade. Compared to the first two, it has more acidity. I thought it was a beautiful sake.
We drank 5 glasses from 6:30pm and left at 7:30pm. A mature way to drink, right? 🤣

I was curious about it and bought it but did not open it for a long time. Since I didn't finish work that early, I matched it with a ready-made sake. It was a good sake with a rich flavor.
I was told by Mr. Piro that the price will be raised to 6,000 yen per person 🥲...we were talking about it in J&N...
Well, the party started without the owner 😆 After about 30 minutes, the teacher finally came back to the restaurant with something🤗What is it? I wondered what it was, but in a small voice that sounded like it was about to disappear, he said in a tearful voice, "I thought I'd give everyone some good sashimi 😇" 🥹.
I'm sorry I didn't know how you felt 😍I'm sorry I toasted without your permission 🥲I think my sake tasted even better than usual😙.
So, as usual, we started drinking and talking from 5:00 pm, and before we knew it, it was 10:00 pm 😆 We stay longer because it's so cozy
We left Kurata and moved on to the after-party with Sashiu, Yasusake, Nirutaro, Kotori, and Hiro!
But when we saw the price of regular izakaya (Japanese style pubs), we realized again how good Kurata is 😳 We were so lucky 😌 We had Imi and Sawahime at this place. ‼️
If Kurata-san can accommodate 20 people 🙄 we can invite everyone who wants to join 😅I hope they can expand the restaurant somehow 😌.
Conclusion: the at-home prefects' party was awesome 😊.
