It is the day of the spring equinox with many events: the equinox, the WBC, and participation in a first-come, first-served release of Johnny's event. I also wanted to see cherry blossoms. It was too much trouble, so we all gathered and drank at home in the morning. Grave visit is over. Immediately joined the WBC and the ticket competition. Tickets were used for all visitors' terminals, but at 10:30 everyone was eliminated. We settled down and watched the game in WBC mode, but it was a hot development and we were making a lot of noise. Our ancestors must have been surprised. We drank a lot of sake. He wanted a glass of wine, but I didn't have any ready, so I tricked him into drinking Wakaze. But they found out. It was a delicious drink.

Good evening, Pon-chan. It was a fun and lively spring day. I can't afford the tickets for Johnny's. Fan club is required, but I heard it's tough with my allowance.

Hi Yu, I thought I would be 47+2 in Taiwan and France, but I was still 1. My great aunt is 98 and my niece is 5. The range is wide and the topics jump all over the place. It is definitely a lively place.

It suited my palate better than the other version made with French rice. It is not white wine-like, nor is it a sake-like wine, but rather somewhere in between, or closer to sake. It has a clean and clear taste. It has some acidity, but not too much. But it's expensive!

Complex aroma of green apple, honey plum, horseradish and clove. Sweet and quite sour. The color is yellowish green and seems to be low-polished. Rich flavor and grain flavors. The flow from attack to finish is unique. Serve with lightly pickled cucumber, Masugo's green perilla daikon, hot yose-dofu, sashimi konnyaku, udo, butterbur sprouts tempura, and stir-fried pork with oyster sauce.

★ WAKAZE THE CLASSIC Rice used: Camargue rice Alcohol content: 13%. Yesterday, I was wondering what to drink for the 50th check-in, but I forgot all about it and unknowingly opened this sake, which is always treated as an obstacle in the refrigerator because of its slightly fat bottle. It looks like a sweet white wine, but it is still sake. It leaves a sweet taste in your mouth. This bottle is a must have for those who want to conquer all the prefectures of Japan plus more. I enjoyed it very much.

I was looking forward to trying the sake made by the Japanese in France, but it was not good. It was only 14 proof but the alcohol was very obvious, even more than 17-18 proof Japanese sake. The aroma was lacking except for the flavor of rice. This sake passed the burgundy barrel, but did not taste the unique characteristics of the barrel. (I can't rule out logistics/warehousing problems) French rice was used. It's still hard to surpass the local Japanese brew...but this innovation is worth encouraging.

I was curious about WAKAZE, but only kept an eye on it because of the price. It seems that the master had stocked it before I knew it, and he nonchalantly brought it out. First of all, the aroma of the just-opened WAKAZE was subdued. And even when you put it in your mouth, it is also subdued. You would think that it would all disappear from your mouth in an instant. I was really surprised. 😵💫 The moderate acidity may be like wine. I let it sit for a little while, and the next day, I tried it again. It's also surprising‼️ heavier. ⁉️ rich aroma of rice and a mellow aftertaste. What? You're a different person 💦. Well, it was a strange sake 😋.

What the hell is this? That's what I thought. It tastes a little like... yogurt or makgeolli? A sour taste like yogurt or makgeolli? Like it was made with French rice, water, koji and yeast in the way sake is made? The acidity is amazing. It is fresh. Moderately sweet. Somewhat like wine? This could be it. But I don't think this is sake... They said it was pure French sake. It was a valuable experience.

This brewery is amazing in that it has two locations because overseas demand is growing. Kojima Sohonten has breweries in France and Yamagata Prefecture. The idea is innovative, and while the investment may be quite large, I think the direction is absolutely accurate. It seems that France is brewed in France with rice and water, and Yamagata Prefecture is brewed in Yamagata Prefecture with ingredients from Yamagata Prefecture. The malted rice is white and the alcohol content is 13 degrees. The sake rice is Yamagata Prefecture's Tsuyahime. As a junmai sake lover, what's good is that the rice polishing ratio is 90%‼️. I can't predict the taste anymore😅. Now, let's try the actual sake ️. Color →Slightly kohaku color? It's about a little bit. Aroma →Aroma with a graininess typical of junmai sake. Taste →I thought it would be a classic sake that can be paired with anything, but it's not at all 🫢. It's an aperitif to be enjoyed on its own 😂. It's unexpectedly sweet and has a nice taste. Is it the white malted rice? To say the least, it's insanely delicious 😋 I love it ❤️. It's amazing that they can make it this good with 90% polished rice. I was surprised because it was so unexpected. However, when I drank it with dumplings, I could only taste the alcohol taste of the sake, so the taste died. So I think it is best to drink it as an aperitif. This is a great sake for beginners 😏✨. Please try it 💁♂️✨

CANON
Personal note Purchase price】750mL 2475 yen (including tax) How to drink】Cold, before, during and after meals Percentage] Undisclosed (100% Camargue rice, France) Yeast used Sake meter] - [Sake meter Acidity Amino Acidity Alcohol content] 13.0 Production Date] 2022.02 Appearance] Slightly yellow and transparent, without thickening. Taste: ★★★★☆] It has a clean, slightly sour aroma like white wine. In the mouth, a clear acidity like that of grapes and a subtle umami of rice spread out and quickly disappear. After swallowing, there is a hint of acidity as well. The aftertaste is full in the back. Throat feeling: ★★★★☆] It is like water. Change over time: ★★★★☆] The acidity decreases, and the sweetness and richness become stronger, giving it a sake-like character. Comment] Overall, the impression is that you are drinking a thin white wine. I had previously had sake with wine yeast, which also tasted like white wine. This sake is made with rice and rice malt from France, but it tastes like white wine. Why? Do we have preconceived notions? Or is it destined to be like this? [Overall evaluation] ★★★★☆

Happy New Year! Everyone is posting their best sake, and it's just too boring to share, so I've opened this one from Ofuransu. I'm not sure if it's a botanical, or if it's more like a gin. By the way, it seems to be wine yeast! I thought it might be citrusy because of the lemon and verbena, but it is surprisingly creamy and smells like a candy high lemon! The taste is very light, and the acidity is the main ingredient. The alcohol content is low, and to be honest, it does not seem to be very drinkable. It is an interesting alcoholic beverage that can be drunk vigorously. I wonder if it is sold in France? It is a combination of sake and white wine, and I think it may have been introduced to Europeans because it has a feeling that the caged aroma and alcoholiness unique to sake has been removed.

Sake made entirely in France with ingredients from France 🇫🇷. I was curious about it at Seijo Ishii and bought it for New Year's. I thought it would be like wine from the reviews, but it was more like sake than I expected. I thought it would be like wine from the reviews, but it was more like sake than I expected. It is half sake and half white. The aroma of sake is faint on the nose, but when you drink it, it has a wine-like flavor, which is strange. And it's a pure rice sake. Strange! Immediately after opening the bottle, you can feel the freshness of white wine, but as it comes into contact with the air, it gradually becomes a normal sake. The taste as a sake is like a one-cup type (is it called Junmai Ginjo?). If you are expecting a fruity sake like Hachisen or Kaze no Mori, you may be disappointed! It has a lot of buzz, but to be honest, I only liked the first sip.
