Pleasant aroma of sansho and herbs Spicy mouthfeel This sake seems to have been made in Japan The base flavor is probably in the same vein as The base flavor is probably the same as that of WAKAZE. It is very easy to drink with a clean taste.

It's our first time! WAKAZE brewed with French rice Mellow aroma of rice and wine-like taste When the temperature is changed, the aroma becomes more intense. It may be similar to the taste of mature sake.

At a tasting at a local liquor store, We were given a very rare bottle of Wakaze's French 1st Vintage. The lemon and herbal aroma of the wine made me feel European just by drinking it. I would like to try the other two, but that will have to wait until next time😅.

Shota
Very drinkable and sweet. It has a yogurt-like aroma and a bit of fruitiness like muscat. It would be good with salty, rich food. The label design is very international. Rugged font and big letters.

Fresh aroma and strong acidity. Tastes like wine like the other comments. But I wonder if it is sake. It also has a strong acidity and bitterness. It may be a favorite for different tastes.

This Sake is bright and juicy. The mouth feel is medium and smooth. The flavor similar to white wine. There is a very short burst of sweet pear flavor and a very clean finish. Different and interesting.

A clear wine from France The color, aroma, and mouthfeel are nothing but white wine. If you were told it was a white wine and served it, you wouldn't even notice it. It is mysterious.

It is more like a white wine than a sake. It is easy to drink and tasty, but not suitable for Japanese food. It is not suitable for Japanese cuisine, but you can enjoy it on its own without any peculiarities.

I bought it at the WAKAZE booth, which was open at Dessert Festival. They were having a tasting, so I had a few sips. The Classic was easier to drink than the FONIA series, but out of curiosity, I bought the SORRA, which is one of the easier drinking FONIAs. This sake has a botanical feel with yuzu, lemon, and sansho. Drinking it straight, it has a unique aroma and flavor like an old sake and the freshness of citrus fruits. Smoky cheese went well with it. It can be enjoyed on its own, but it is very good on the rocks or with soda to make it lighter and easier to drink. Delicious!

In the mouth, the first taste was fruity and acidic, and later on, I could taste the subtle sweetness of the rice and the tangy taste in a good sense, but I thought it was like a white wine.

The aroma is quite clear and thick. The pear type aroma is impressive. The taste is clear from the aroma, with a gentle sweetness and a full-bodied flavor.

Sake made from French rice! The manager recommended something that was not on the izakaya menu, and I drank it thinking it would never taste good, but it was like a cross between the best parts of wine and sake! Easy to drink and smells like wine. Thank you very much for this rare sake.
