Finally, a sake brewery outside of the 47 prefectures.
It is called Yuzu, but not too strong, just a hint.
Is it a junmai sake? I think so, but I guess not.
The alcohol content is 13 degrees.
The bottle cap is interesting.

Today we had a high color WAKAZE 😋.
Refreshing and mild aroma😊Gentle sweetness on the palate😋and then disappears with soft acidity😚I had a feeling that the impression I had before was sour, but it was totally different😇.
It was made by Kojima Sohonten, known for Toko 🤔I could tell it was delicious 😘.
Hi Jay & Novi 😀
I've had it once before, but at that time I thought it was sour like white wine, but the wakaze I had this time was sweet > sour and delicious 😋my memory is not reliable 🤣.
Haruei Chichi, good evening 🌃😀 😀
At the 888 zoro 👏👏👏👏 crackle crackle crackle!
A little stylish WAKAZE 😘 on the second day, the acidity is stronger than the sweetness, it seems like a dessert sake 😊Chichi might like it 🤔.
Interesting selection at a local liquor store and jackets
Sake imported from France.
It was sold in a refrigerator, but they said it's fire-aged so it's delivered at room temperature.
WAKAZE
the classic neo traditional
FRENCH SAKE
Purchased at a liquor store
WAKAZE has been on my mind for a long time.
Strong acidity
Tastes quite like white wine
It tastes more like a white wine than an everyday dish.
It is better to drink it with cheese
It is better to drink with a glass of wine
To be added later
Blue cheese 🧀,
It went well with tomato-based pasta 🍝!
Looks and smells like white wine? It looked and smelled like white wine. It was a gift, so I thought it was unusual and tried it, but the mellowness of the aftertaste was more like wine, and I felt it was not suitable for someone like me who is not very good at wine.
I wonder if it would go well with cheese or some other snacks that go well with Western wine.
If it is made in France and considered as a sake for spreading sake in Europe, I think there are many people who like it.
