Complex aroma of green apple, honey plum, horseradish and clove.
Sweet and quite sour. The color is yellowish green and seems to be low-polished. Rich flavor and grain flavors. The flow from attack to finish is unique.
Serve with lightly pickled cucumber, Masugo's green perilla daikon, hot yose-dofu, sashimi konnyaku, udo, butterbur sprouts tempura, and stir-fried pork with oyster sauce.
