Not very sweet, not very spicy.
Sourness-driven, white wine-like atmosphere, though the taste is completely different.

Caution about opening the bottle.
The cork never flew open, but right after opening, hold it with your finger just before it spills.
As is the case every time, the sake recommended by Echizen-ya is sure to be good.
I tried it with a high hurdle because of its reputation here, and it did not betray my expectations at all.
It has a good balance of fizziness, sweetness, and bitterness.
I enjoyed it very much. おとう★
WAKAZE THE CLASSIC
Rice used: Camargue rice
Alcohol content: 13%.
Yesterday, I was wondering what to drink for the 50th check-in, but I forgot all about it and unknowingly opened this sake, which is always treated as an obstacle in the refrigerator because of its slightly fat bottle.
It looks like a sweet white wine, but it is still sake.
It leaves a sweet taste in your mouth.
This bottle is a must have for those who want to conquer all the prefectures of Japan plus more.
I enjoyed it very much.
おやじぃGood evening, Otto, and congratulations 🍶🎶 on your 50th check-in at WAKAZE 🎉. おとうGood evening, Oyaji.
Thank you!
I was actually going to decide on the Kamikawa Daisetsu system in Hokkaido, but I completely forgot about it when I opened the fridge💦. ポンちゃんCongratulations on your 50th check-in, Dad 🎉🎊
I've only tasted WAKAZE 💦 and it looks delicious ❣️ It's a drink I'd like to get right once!
Looking forward to seeing more of your posts 😊. おとうGood evening, Pon.
Thank you!
I bought this sake when I started aiming to conquer all the prefectures, so it was one of the oldest in my refrigerator history💦.
I look forward to learning more from you 🙇. ジェイ&ノビィHi Dad 😃
Congratulations on your 50 check-ins ❗️ 🎉!
This one is a valuable +1 towards achieving national domination 😊Let's keep going up to 100 next time🤗. 麺酒王Hi Dad 😃

I recommend WAKAZE when I want to get my acquaintances into the sake swamp ❗ It's delicious 😋. おとうGood evening, Jay & Nobby✋.
Thank you!
Check-ins will include outside drinking, but we'd like to conquer the whole country with home drinking if possible: ✌️ おとうGood evening, Mr. King of Noodle Wine✋.
Thank you!!!
WAKAZE sold other kinds, I'll try again next time 💪. おとう★★★★

Rice polishing ratio: 60
Sake Degree: ±0
Alcohol content: 16
I went to the Hakodate morning market for the first time in a while.
The old man is trying his best to explain in broken English, but I'm Japanese💦.
On the way home, I went to Echizenya to buy some brewer's kuheiji, but bought Fudo and Haneya, which the old man recommended.
I'll try the Fudo at a later date, but first the Haneya.
Slightly fizzy, fruity aroma.
Sweet & bitter.
It was delicious 🙇. おとう★★★★
