しん栗Out of stock after a long time 😭
I've been too busy to stock up 💦.
I found discounted cans of sake at my local Aeon 💡.
And I've never seen anything like it 🍶.
Surprisingly tasty✨ 悠Sparkling sake from California by WAKAZE.
It is sweet and sour with a little bit of acidity.
It is dry and not too sweet with a little bitterness.
The bubbles are very bubbly. アラジンSAKE🍶 from California available at convenience stores
It is available at Lawson and Famima stores nationwide and is available in two sakes at the same time: Classic and Yuzu!
I compared them and I'll take the YUZU 📝.
YUZU □YUZU □
Slightly pale orizzled silver green.
It has a strong gassy feeling 🫧 with large gas bubbles rising and popping.
The aroma is youthful and cool with a good scent of yuzu.
It has a moderate rice flavor.
The texture is smooth and gentle with a hint of oriki.
The gaseous stimulation spreads on the tongue and lightly bounces in the mouth.
Immediately after taking a sip, you may think it is a gentle rice flavor, but then, along with the gaseous sensation, a fresh aroma of bitter yuzu peel and a sour taste spreads, giving you the sensation of eating a yuzu!
After the yuzu aroma runs through with the gas🫧, the moderate sweetness and umami of the rice remains, balancing the slightly subdued yuzu feeling. ☺️
The bitterness including the sweetness of the yuzu is pleasantly intoxicating at the end of the bottle, and it finishes softly.
The aftertaste is short and sharp.
Very easy to drink and delicious. ☺️
The base is a proper sake!
The cool acidity from the white malted rice and the carbonation go well together to give it a refreshing and light feeling, making it easy to drink!
I think it is very intoxicating as a gate SAKE 😊.
(the rest is price...)
Thanks for the treat 🍶. ねむちHi Aladdin, I found it at Yasubeyesan's house and bouken-san was in a hurry to buy it, so I also rushed to capture it 🤣I was convinced that the sake equivalent would be 450 yen for 250 ml and 1,350 yen for 750 ml 😁. アラジンGood evening, Nemuchi 😃.
I didn't know it was at Yasbay's house!
I'm looking forward to Nemuchi's feedback: ☺️
It's a fair price for sake, but it's a bit tough when your rival is a strong type of sake, so you have to appeal well 🤔. ヤスベェJapanese Sake Festival Osaka Day 2
Since this year's sake festival was held in the summer, summer sake and sparkling sake were especially popular among the sake breweries 😀.
It was especially interesting to see WAKAZE, whose name I have known for a while but it was my first time to see it 😀.
They brought two types of sake for tasting, a sake type and a yuzu liqueur type, but the yuzu type is still only available at Lawson, so only the sake type was sold 😀 I personally liked the yuzu type.
I personally liked the yuzu type, so I will try to find it at Lawson 😇.
The next sake festival in Osaka will be held on October 25 and 26 at the same venue 😀 I will be there again as a volunteer staff member.
I will be there again as a volunteer staff 😇 ポンちゃんYasube, thank you for the Japanese Sake Festival and festival review 😊.
I think everyone was very happy with the sparkling and summer sake as it was unusually hot for these two days 😊 Looking forward to the fall as well! boukenHello Yasubeyesan 😊
Thanks for the Japanese Sake festival 🙇.
I think this sake was only available in Kanto, but is it now available in Kansai? ヤスベェHi Pon-chan 😃
It was a long 3 days, from setting up the venue to the 2 days of the show, but when it was over, I was a little sad like after the festival 🤣.
I would be happy to participate again in the fall 😇 ヤスベェHi bouken 😀
Yes 😇
Not all Lawson stores in Kansai also carry it 😀.
The Lawson near my house had both the sake type and the yuzu type 😀.
Please give it a try 😇 ぺっかーるGood morning, Yasbay!
I see that it is sold at Lawson! I'll look for it too, and I'll definitely try to go to the Japanese Sake festival in October! ヤスベェHi, Bekkarl 😀
I was able to find you at my local Lawson😇.
I would also like to participate in the October Japanese Sake Festival again as a volunteer staff member, so please let me know if you would like to join me 🙇♀️ 加藤コージFirst WAKAZE (SummerFall)
It must be Vaporwave! NaoqiWAKAZE and Takara Shuzo have teamed up to create a sparkling sake sold in the United States.
Made with California-grown rice, wine yeast and lactic acid-free white yeast yeast yeast yeast, it has a distinctly natural and refreshing acidity that goes well with a wide variety of foods.
The company said.
It had a white wine taste and a lactic acid taste because of the wine yeast.
It was available at Famima, and I would be happy if more of these interesting sakes are readily available.
Delicious! ナイトロSpodori type, good for people who don't usually drink sake, well gassed, manufactured by Takara Shuzo, originally made for the overseas market but now sold in Japan. アラジンWAKAZE brings the wind from California to Shwashwa🍶.
The contents of the can are authentic sake brewed by Takara Shuzo using only domestic rice with white malted rice and wine yeast.
Currently sold only in the Kanto region and not available in the Kansai region, so I entered the giveaway and won 🎉!
Summerfall, a sparkling sake in a casual can that WAKAZE aims to make "Sake is possible" from the free and COOL SAKE culture in California.
It is made only from domestic rice and has no added alcohol or sugar!
The sake is made with white malted rice and wine yeast, and is produced in Japan by Takara Shuzo using domestically produced ingredients.
When you drink it...
Strong schwash🫧.
The aroma is sweet and refreshing.
Aroma of 4MMP sherry like muscat and white wine.
There is also a refreshing citrus and koji sweetness, and the rice aroma is about the size of a white dumpling.
Strong gassy and extremely light texture.
The moderate sweetness has a pleasantly shwashy feel, with a characteristic acidity that comes from the white koji and a white wine feel in the hints, which leaves a dry finish.
It is quite sake-like and gives a good impression 😊.
Since we are in the Kansai region, I paired it with takoyaki, which is still the best 😊🐙🍶🫧.
I want to drink this sake next to the Sanzu Yabe to pull me safely into the swamp 🤔. boukenGood evening, Mr. Aladdin.
I am interested in this sake. Is it brewed in the U.S. by Takara Shuzo?
I think you explained it to me before, but I vaguely remember 😅. アラジンGood evening, bouken 😃.
Made in Local" seems to be one of their concepts, the Japanese version is completely made in Japan with domestic ingredients 🤔.
I would love to drink the California version, but it looks like I would have to be there to drink it 😌. ガルスAladdin, congratulations on your win🎊.
The design of the can is also interesting, as at first glance, it is hard to tell that it is sake. I hope this will expand the base of sake! アラジンGood evening, Mr. Gallus 😃.
Thank you 😊I was so drunk that I didn't have to wait until I landed in Kansai!
I was imagining ZIMA, but it was a proper sake and made a good impression: ☺️
At any rate, I hope they sell it outside of the sake department 😎. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
