Sparkling sake from California by WAKAZE. It is sweet and sour with a little bit of acidity. It is dry and not too sweet with a little bitterness. The bubbles are very bubbly.

SAKE🍶 from California available at convenience stores It is available at Lawson and Famima stores nationwide and is available in two sakes at the same time: Classic and Yuzu! I compared them and I'll take the YUZU 📝. YUZU □YUZU □ Slightly pale orizzled silver green. It has a strong gassy feeling 🫧 with large gas bubbles rising and popping. The aroma is youthful and cool with a good scent of yuzu. It has a moderate rice flavor. The texture is smooth and gentle with a hint of oriki. The gaseous stimulation spreads on the tongue and lightly bounces in the mouth. Immediately after taking a sip, you may think it is a gentle rice flavor, but then, along with the gaseous sensation, a fresh aroma of bitter yuzu peel and a sour taste spreads, giving you the sensation of eating a yuzu! After the yuzu aroma runs through with the gas🫧, the moderate sweetness and umami of the rice remains, balancing the slightly subdued yuzu feeling. ☺️ The bitterness including the sweetness of the yuzu is pleasantly intoxicating at the end of the bottle, and it finishes softly. The aftertaste is short and sharp. Very easy to drink and delicious. ☺️ The base is a proper sake! The cool acidity from the white malted rice and the carbonation go well together to give it a refreshing and light feeling, making it easy to drink! I think it is very intoxicating as a gate SAKE 😊. Japanese Sake Festival Osaka Day 2 Since this year's sake festival was held in the summer, summer sake and sparkling sake were especially popular among the sake breweries 😀. It was especially interesting to see WAKAZE, whose name I have known for a while but it was my first time to see it 😀. They brought two types of sake for tasting, a sake type and a yuzu liqueur type, but the yuzu type is still only available at Lawson, so only the sake type was sold 😀 I personally liked the yuzu type. I personally liked the yuzu type, so I will try to find it at Lawson 😇. The next sake festival in Osaka will be held on October 25 and 26 at the same venue 😀 I will be there again as a volunteer staff member. I will be there again as a volunteer staff 😇

WAKAZE brings the wind from California to Shwashwa🍶. The contents of the can are authentic sake brewed by Takara Shuzo using only domestic rice with white malted rice and wine yeast. Currently sold only in the Kanto region and not available in the Kansai region, so I entered the giveaway and won 🎉! Summerfall, a sparkling sake in a casual can that WAKAZE aims to make "Sake is possible" from the free and COOL SAKE culture in California. It is made only from domestic rice and has no added alcohol or sugar! The sake is made with white malted rice and wine yeast, and is produced in Japan by Takara Shuzo using domestically produced ingredients. When you drink it... Strong schwash🫧. The aroma is sweet and refreshing. Aroma of 4MMP sherry like muscat and white wine. There is also a refreshing citrus and koji sweetness, and the rice aroma is about the size of a white dumpling. Strong gassy and extremely light texture. The moderate sweetness has a pleasantly shwashy feel, with a characteristic acidity that comes from the white koji and a white wine feel in the hints, which leaves a dry finish. It is quite sake-like and gives a good impression 😊. Since we are in the Kansai region, I paired it with takoyaki, which is still the best 😊🐙🍶🫧.
