A liquor store selling a wide variety of Shimane's local sake
Almost all kinds of sake are available for a small drink or a standing drink.
I had heard that Shinshin was very strong, so I ordered only 45ml.
Aroma: Strong caramel
Taste: Aged, like leather, with a slight sensation of sizzle.
No sweetness, more drinkable than expected.
I want to enjoy pairing with food, not just sake by itself.
Not recommended for beginners who have stereotypes about sake

It looks darker than Kenbishi's,
The taste is robust and spicy to umami.
When paired with marinated salmon, the robustness fades and the taste changes to a refreshing one,
This is an interesting sake.
I would like to buy it again with the back of the bottle.
And the beer?
It is Suntory's triple draft.
Was it last month?
I had it and it was delicious, so it's a repeat.
I have to buy autumn beer and sake as they are starting to come out.

Purchased at Nishi Sake Shop in Izumo. I thought it would be an even harsher version of Shinshin, but it surprisingly tasted like an elegant Shaoxing wine. As the label says, it is for dessert.

The color was like a diluted barley tea, and the more I drank it, the more addictive the taste became. I would like to try Ura-Shinshin as well.
