The taste was not like sake, it was more like a Western-style sake with a flavor I didn't expect.
I wonder if it is dry 🤔.
I don't feel the acidity, but the umami and richness are very unique.
I chilled it for 2 hours before opening, but now that it's back to room temperature, I think it will change.
