The color is a beautiful golden hue. The standing aroma gives the impression of having both caramel-like liquor nuances and Shaoxing liquor-like medicinal nuances. When you drink it, you can sense a slightly thickened rice sweetness and umami, which quickly fades away in the aftertaste. There is not much sourness or bitterness.

Tasted at Hitoshizuku, a sake bar in Tamatsukuri Onsen.
I was curious about this sake because of the impact of its naming, but was hesitant to put it in my cellar due to bad luck, so I was glad to try it at the restaurant😃.
