First time drinking Saku Junmai Sake!
The rice flavor is very apparent on the palate 😋.
But it also has a freshness to it that makes it a well-balanced sake that I never get tired of drinking.
Even for a reasonably priced standard sake, Saku has not cut any corners.

I have had many chances to drink junmai ginjo other than Saku, but the richness and depth of junmai is also good⁉
I noticed that Saku is the second most checked-in brand of mine 😉✨.
