It has an elegant aroma, a moderate ginjo aroma, and subtle fruity nuances. In the mouth, it has a smooth flavor and a moderate acidity that disappears nicely. It is well-balanced, mild, and full-flavored. It is said to be a bottle filled with the potential of Yamadanishiki, a rice suitable for sake brewing. ✍️

A pioneer in ginjo-shu, "Sakurabana Ginjo-shu" is bottled fresh without any heat sterilization. Sakurabana Ginjo is available in both hon-nama (green bottle) and hi-ire (brown bottle), and each can be distinguished from the other by the color of the bottle. Hon-nama is a typical ginjo sake with a slightly sweet koji aroma and fruity fruit aroma.
