The highest of the Hanamura series, this luxurious junmai daiginjo is made from Aizan, the "diamond of sake rice," and is polished to 45%. ✍️
It has a rich flavor typical of Aizan and a mellow ginjo aroma from the single-bottle fire-refining process.
