I went there for the first time in a long time. Great lineup as always. Sake that stands out from the rest One of the most outstanding sake I had never heard of this brand before... Acidity, slight sparks, full-bodied... Everything is well balanced! It was a wonderful sake! At the rice heart after a long absence A 20 year old clerk, pretty telling! What a big deal, but I mostly left it to them. We tasted fresh sake, mainly summer sake. This is refreshing, but also has a strong sense of alcohol.
