Overall 8 (out of 10) This is the other one of the two bottles I purchased 😃. It has an unusual name, but according to the brewery's website. According to the brewery's website, the name "Kagawa Sake" comes from the name of the rice fields of the contract farmer who has been growing rice with the brewery for more than 20 years. Delicious 😋! It has a spiciness with a delicious flavor! From the beginning, the sake is consistently tangy and spicy, but it also has the umami of rice as its foundation, so it is not only spicy but also has a profound and sharp taste 😋. I served it chilled. The aroma I felt was  -Aroma: Weak ginjo aroma👍  -The aroma is a little spicy and has a nice flavor. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum)  -Spiciness: 4 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste  -Sweetness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste  -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste  -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste  -Astringency: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0  -Rice flavor: 3 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→3 Smaller number = light and smooth Bigger number = thicker

Delicious Kagawa sake as last time: ❤️ Slightly fruity aroma, tangy, a little minerality at the end, and when it cools down a bit, the round umami comes through. I made a stew with it today 💦 maybe with tempura, grilled food, or soba noodles 🥰.

Overall 9 (out of 10) This is my first Kagawa sake 🍶😃. Pheho and I went to a liquor store 🚗 to try some sake from a prefecture we've never tried before ❗️. We went for Kagawa sake and told the clerk what we liked and bought 2 bottles as he recommended 😅. This sake is brewed with olive yeast! I never knew that Kagawa is the largest producer of olives in Japan 😲. I had never heard of green tea before, but now that you mention it, the acidity and astringency are not too assertive, but definitely present in a subdued way, a very "Japanese" taste👍. Yukinoya has 4 kinds of sake from Kagawa, which is amazing ‼️ and I got 2 olive-colored bottles 🫒The olive yeast is a nice local touch 💖Asparagus on special today 🤭Grilled with garlic and hamburger steak 🥰It's very oriental 👍

Sawaya Matsumotte is sometimes drunk at izakaya (Japanese style pubs), but this is the second time I've bought it to drink at home. In conclusion, it was a great product that made me think that I should drink it at home from now on, even though it is delicious but for some reason I never bought it! It's delicious! It is one of the most delicious drinks I have had recently, so much so that I couldn't help but roar at the moment I took a sip! The first sip has a strong fizzy feeling and is therefore dry. However, it has a light nigori flavor, and the subtle melon aroma gives it a moderate fruity taste. The bitterness is not so much, and the sharpness is also quite good, making it a great food sake! On the second day, the schwashiness subsided and a little sweetness appeared, and some bitterness became visible. The acidity comes and goes, and each time it comes and goes, you can taste sweetness, umami, bitterness, and other tastes, which is fun and very tasty! To be honest, I could drink it all the time without thinking about it, so it ran out quickly... I think there was already nigori with other sake rice during the new sake season, so next year I will buy it as soon as I find it!

This is my first Toyo Bijin. I had drunk Yachiyo Shuzo's Room twice and wondered what kind of Toyo Bijin was in its class, but I happened to find it at a store I had been visiting for a while, so I bought it on the spur of the moment! The standing aroma is tropical and a bit gorgeous with pineapple and melon fruits. Is this the sweetness of Oriental Beauty? The sweetness is firm but moist and not stinging! There is also an impression of peach in addition to the fruits mentioned earlier. It is sweet, but not unpleasantly so, and has a very elegant bitterness, so it can be paired with appetizers, such as salads and cheese. This is the taste of Miyamanishiki of Hanahayo and Junodai of Hachitanishiki, right? This is delicious! Speaking of fruity sweet sake without any corners, Ding was great, but Toyo Bijin is also great!

It's Igarashi with a special label order ✨. It is fresh and fruity with a light nigori taste. It is still light and light because it is 13% sake even though it is a pure sake! The distribution of this sake seems to be limited, so the frequency of encountering it is probably limited, but I feel that it is getting closer to that sake that represents Saitama! I wish more people knew about this sake 🍶.

I went to Kogure today for the first time since the end of the year. It's closer than going from home to work✨ The sake here is also very good. I have a feeling that if I stop by on my way home from work, I'll end up spending a lot of money ❗ That's why I can only stop by on holidays 😓. The one I stocked up on was Sairai. It's a local sake from Saitama 🍶. It makes a nice sound when you uncork it 🎵. The taste is fruity and crisp with no bitterness. This one is delicious and cosy, I'll buy it again ❗

Lightly sparkling and slightly sweet 🫧.  It tastes sweeter and more delicious when it is well chilled.  I recently started drinking Kangiku, and I'm glad to see it continues to be a hit: ☺️

I was curious to buy electric chrysanthemum because I often saw it on social media posts.  Surprisingly, it was my first Danshikiku brand 😆.  It has just the right amount of sweetness, little bitterness, and is easy to drink with almost no alcohol taste!  It was a hit with my family and we quickly drank it all up: ✌️

 Completely jacked up on Miyoshikiku, Settle down with your cat: 🐈‍⬛  I was nervous about drinking it because the waiter told me I would like it or not, but it was amazingly delicious!  It has a white wine-like flavor, with a strong acidity, but the sweetness of the rice makes it not as difficult to drink as white wine 🤤.
