I had this at a sushi restaurant I go to a few times a year.
The black beef was delicious!
I found it at a liquor store I frequent and bought it 💰.
The owner of the sushi restaurant said it is his personal favorite sake.
I had it with sushi 😃.
It doesn't have any of the sweet and savory elements I like, but it's delicious 😋.
Hard, clear, contoured and dry.
Nothing stands out, it is highly balanced in areas other than sweet and umami.
No smell of alcohol even though it is about 19 degrees Celsius.
(although you will get drunk very quickly 😅).
It is the twin of Ohroku's lineage.
I'm curious about other types of Kurogyu 🧐.
I had it chilled.
