She said she pre-ordered the sake nouveau "Sakai no Dawn" from the same brewery and this was a preview for it 😅.
According to the description
The moment you put it in your mouth, you will feel a shock like a thunderclap. The fresh and gorgeous aroma, body, and tingling gas sensation are kept in the refrigerator at -5°C until autumn, resulting in a gentle, angular taste👍.

It is indeed crisp on the palate, but as the description says, it is not too sharp and angular, with a nice dry taste that is full-bodied but not heavy 👍.
