It's like a much easier to drink version of the barrel of Imi that I drank before 😁.
It's quite thick.
It has a rich sweetness that reminds me of caramel, maple syrup and honey 😋.
It also has a bitter aftertaste like burnt sugar that makes it easy to drink without getting dull 😃.
Almost no rice flavor because it's a noble sake 🤣.
I don't think of kijoshu as a sake that you drink a lot at once.
I'll open another bottle and drink it over the next week or so 🎶.
