After I got home, I wanted to drink a gorgeous drink to lift my spirits 🎶 so I chose this one.
I opened it because it had been aging in my cellar for about 6 months 🤣.
It's a delicious drink that is definitely on my list when I want something sweet 🍶.
It's a junmai sake but it's like a ginjo sake.
Very gorgeous, sweet and rich aroma 😍.
The sweetness reminds me of white peach or melon 🍑.
It's also important to note that as the temperature is raised a bit, you can start to taste the umami of the rice 👍.
It disappears slowly in the mouth so you can enjoy the lingering taste for a long time😊.

When I tried to open the bottle... the stopper was too hard and I struggled for a while 🤣.
Rising aroma is clean and pear-like 🤔.
In the mouth, it has a great feeling of gas and a slight fizz while being fire-roasted 😆.
It has some citrusiness.
The acidity is strong, sharp and quite sharp 😋.
It's like sweet and sour but I feel like it's a dry sake 🤣.
I paired it with a cured ham I bought at Seven on the way home from work.
The salty taste is a good match and you can drink it all at once 😍.
