I have finally calmed down since the earthquake😱. I was at work when the earthquake occurred and a falling object cut my face and left hand😭. When I came home after confirming my safety, my room was a mess😱. When I came to work after lightening up, the wall had fallen. Equipment is out of order and we are working on restoring it 😥. This weekend is my first weekend off this year. But then I had to work on Sunday too 🤣. I guess the only saving grace is that the bottles and boxes I had lined up were not broken 😥. To raise the spirits of the depressed I opened a bottle of sake to see if I could find something good. MAJ was drinking this, so I got in on the action and opened a bottle 😎. It's an assemblage of Miyamanishiki and Omachi. One of the few Junmai Daiginjos in the Genmai lineup😍. The aroma is quite sweet, but it is not a fruity ginjo aroma. It's like a sweet aroma of rice? 🤔 The taste is not as sweet as one would expect from Genmai. The impactful flavor of the rice, which I believe is derived from Omachi, is amazing 😋. Maybe it's because it's been a while since I bought it. Almost no gas or micro-firing 🤔. The wine is not sharp and sharp for being made with Miyamanishiki, but rather Slowly and gradually it gets better and better 😆. A little expensive but very tasty and overpriced 😍. It is sold once a year and I hope I can manage to buy it again this year 🤔.

Good evening, Mr. Manachy 😃. Not a direct hit, but we are evacuating. The plumbing fell down and bounced back up 😅. The wound is not that bad, so I'm fine~. In the meantime, a good drink will bring you luck 🤣.
