I was in the mood for a Genmai today so I opened a bottle😋.
It's not like there was anything special about it, lol.
This sake is made from Kinmon Nishiki which is one of the rarest sake rice in Nagano.
It was a long time ago, but in order to get a prize at the competition
It was said that you can't win an award without using Yamada Nishiki
But it was said that
Tanakaya Sake Brewery won the top prize with this rice.
That's why I️ want to drink Mizuo!
(0 stores in Tohoku 😭)
I digressed too much so back to the sake review😁.
Sweet and fruity yet slightly refreshing aroma😆.
In the mouth it's a little bit gassy and gassy.
The sweetness is a combination of apple 🍎 taste and grapefruit taste.
It's also a bit bitter 😋.
The bitterness is also a bit strong🤔.
I'm not sure what to make of it.
The first day you open a bottle of Genmai, you may get a hard impression
so it's better to leave it a day to mellow out 😋
So today I finished with 1 gou 😜.
I'll switch to the one I already opened 😎.
At the moment, it's a sweet, savoury and bitter sake that has all the right ingredients😍.

Good morning, etorannzyu!
I'm in the mood for Genmai ✨ I like it 😆.
Genmai's Kinmon Nishiki is probably my favorite of the Junmai Ginjo series 😋.
I liked the bitterness that came in the second half✨.

Hi kino.😃!
I've tried several kinds of Genmai and this one is pretty good 😋.

tkmt-san, good evening 😆.
It has a roughness like Omachi
or a clear sweetness like Miyamanishiki
It's an interesting sake rice with many different faces🎶.
It's also good for heating sake.
I'll give it a try😋.

Hi, Sheri-san 😆.
You can find the Genmai on the dealer's website 🎶.

I buy something like that every week lol
I don't think I'm going to reduce my stock 😜.
